Mag. Juritsch Daniela als Antwort - dann bekommt er ja eh genug Medikamente vom Krankenhaus verschrieben - in meinen Augen sehr unfreundlich und unkompetent, ich wollte ja eine Alternative und vor allem eine fachliche Beratung, ich war über diese Antwort so schockiert dass ich dann nach etwas Speziellem gefragt habe und dieses schließlich dann erhalten habe....aber keine Beratung......diese Apotheke werde ich nicht mehr aufsuchen Wanted me today to get advice and a herbal alternative from the pharmacy, have briefly told the medical history of my son, then I got from Mrs. Mag. Juritsch Daniela as an answer - then he gets anyway enough medication prescribed by the hospital - in my eyes very much unfriendly and incompetent, I wanted an alternative and above all a professional advice, I was so shocked about this answer that I then asked for something special and finally received this .... but no advice ...... I will not visit this pharmacy anymore

Super kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter, immer bemüht und sehr lösungsorientiert. Selbst wenn es kein passendes "Standardmedikament" gibt findet man eine Mischung, die passt. Großes Kompliment! The Perau pharmacy is probably one of the best and most customer-friendly pharmacies in Villach. Super competent and friendly staff, always hard-working and very solution-oriented. Even if there is no suitable "standard drug" you will find a mix that fits. Big compliment!

Also sehr gut ausgebildetes Personal! Gerne immer wieder. Very, very nice service! I had an extremely competent and extremely discreet employee who took a lot of time for my concerns.
