J	Josef Guetz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder Penzo Flora Habe heute einen Strauß Pfingstrosen reklamiert, den ich zum Muttertag gekauft habe und dessen Blüten (trotz anschneiden, Wasserwechse) nicht aufgegangen sind. Eine solch unprofessionellen Umgang mit einer Reklamation habe ich noch nicht erlebt: zuerst die Frage, ob ich die Rechnung noch habe (natürlich nicht mehr nach knapp einer Woche) kam ein Achselzucken und die schnoddrige Antwort: "woher soll ich wissen, dass die Blumen bei uns gekauft wurden?" Jedenfalls kein Wort des Bedauerns, nicht einmal ein Gruß der Verkäuferin beim Verlassen des Geschäftes! Also ein Kunde weniger, der bis dato zwar immer dort eingekauft hat, aber nie wirklich vom Geschäft überzeugt war - jetzt weiß ich warum... Never again Penzo Flora Today I have complained about a bouquet of peonies, which I bought for Mother's Day and whose flowers (despite cutting, Wasserwechse) have not risen. I have never experienced such an unprofessional handling of a complaint: first the question of whether I still have the bill (of course not after just under a week) came a shrug and the snappy answer: "how should I know that the flowers at we were bought? " At least not a word of regret, not even a greeting from the saleswoman when leaving the store! So a customer less, who has always been there but always bought, but never really convinced of the business - now I know why ...

Sehr schöne Blumen und eine tolle Auswahl. Und alle Verkäuferinnen waren sehr nett immer, weil ich schon öfters dort einkaufen war, vor allem die Dame mit den bunten Haaren. Macht weiter so. Today I was there today shopping at Rochusmarkt, would have been the state 13, and I can only report positive. Very nice flowers and a great selection. And all the shop assistants were always nice, because I've been shopping there a lot, especially the lady with the colorful hair. Keep it up.

Very unfriendly and brusque staff. Didn't feel well advised or treated nicely. Rather fast processing and annoyed by the customers.

Withered after only 1 day and the others are still fine. Shouldn't happen if you already pre-order and pay premium because of Valentine's Day.
