T	Thomas Göd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage am Hauptplatz ist TOP. Wir hatten ein 5 Bett Zimmer, welches sauber und ordentlich war. Auch eine kleine Küche gab es. Das Bad ist etwas klein ausgefallen, aber funktional. Die Einrichtung aus den 80/90er ist wie eine kleine Zeitreise, aber wir waren ja nur zum Schlafen dort. Zum Fürhstück gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Es war reichlich vorhanden (vielleicht sogar etwas zu viel). Ein Buffet gibt es nicht, aber auf verlangen wird nachgereicht. (Nicht vergessen, es ist kein "All u can eat!") Die Besitzer sind auf ihre Art sehr umgänglich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich mir so manch andere Bewertung ansehe, kann ich nicht verstehen, wie diese zu stande kommen. Es ist kein 4Stern Hotel. und glaubt mir, ich war jetzt 2 mal in GB, dort gibt es für mehr Geld, weniger LEISTUNG!!!! Aber Raunzen, dass ist ja was typisch österreichisches und das auf hohem Niveau. Ach noch etwas an die Jüngere Generation...... wenn jemand klar sagt, was er möchte und was gemacht werden darf mit seinem Eigentum, dann ist das nicht unfreundlich! Aber bei Mangel an Respekt, wird das sicher so ausgelegt. Ihr solltet vielleicht mal Anstand und Toleranz lernen! The location on the main square is great. We had a 5 bed room, which was clean and tidy. There was also a small kitchen. The bathroom is a bit small, but functional. The furnishings from the 80s / 90s are like a little time travel, but we were only there to sleep. There is not much to say about the breakfast. It was abundant (maybe a little too much). There is no buffet, but if requested, it will be given later. (Don't forget, it's not "all u can eat!") The owners are very sociable in their own way and also very helpful. When I look at some of the other ratings, I can't understand how they come about. It is not a 4 star hotel. and believe me, I've been to the UK twice now, there is more money, less PERFORMANCE !!!! But grumbling, that's something typically Austrian and at a high level. Oh, something else for the younger generation ...... if someone clearly states what they want and what can be done with their property, then that is not unfriendly! But if there is a lack of respect, it will surely be interpreted that way. Maybe you should learn decency and tolerance!

Es ist teils etwas ältlich (kleiner Röhrenfernseher, Teppichboden, Flachspül-WC), aber es war sauber und ordentlich, das Bett war gut und die Wirtsleute waren freundlich. Die Lage am Hauptmarkt ist prima. Frühstück war ok (kein Buffet). I stayed here for 3 nights. I had booked first and read the (bad) rating later. It is a bit dated (small tube TV, carpet, flat-rinse toilet), but it was clean and tidy, the bed was good and the hosts were friendly. The location on the main market is great. Breakfast was ok (no buffet).
K	Kooby Koobster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundlich! Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, und vermutlich aufgrund einer Überbuchung ein Doppelbettzimmer erhalten. An der Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich die zweite Betthälfte nicht benutzen darf, also weder hinsetzen noch etwas hinlegen, da mir sonst der volle Preis für das Doppelzimmer verrechnet wird. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Nie wieder! Extremely unfriendly! I booked a single room, and presumably due to an overbooking a double room. At the front desk I was told that I should not use the second half of the bed, so do not sit down or lie down, otherwise I will charge the full price for the double room. I've never experienced anything like that. Never again!

Chef äußerst unfreundlich und unmenschlich. Hatte 3 Übernachten für Weinlesefest gebucht. € 198.- Stornogebühr. Nicht zu empfehlen. Be careful with reservations. A 70% (4 weeks prior to the date) cancellation fee will also be charged in coronary times and event cancellations (grape harvest festival). Boss extremely unfriendly and inhuman. Booked 3 nights for vintage festival. € 198.00 cancellation fee. Not recommendable.

Das Frühstück fällt sehr karg ( 2 Blatt Schinken und 1 Scheibe Käse pro Pers. ) aus jede extra Bestellung wurde verrechnet! Heizung war ausgeschaltet! Das Kommando hat die Chefin in der Hand und man wird auch sofort gerügt sollte man sich nicht genau an die Anweisungen halten! The only positive thing about this hotel is the location! The breakfast is very meager (2 sheets of ham and 1 slice of cheese per person). Each extra order was charged! Heating was switched off! The boss is in command and you will be reprimanded immediately if you do not follow the instructions exactly!
A	Anna Koelbl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehbar. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und keineswegs alt, der Kühlschrank gefüllt. Im Bad auch ein Föhn. Alles sehr sauber. Der Empfang sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ok und es wird gefragt ob man noch nachwill. Wegen der Kurzparkzone vor dem Haus wurde informiert und uns eine Parkuhr ausgehändigt. Wir fühlten uns wohl und kommen gerne wieder. I find the negative reviews incomprehensible. The room was big enough and by no means old, the refrigerator was filled. Also a hair dryer in the bathroom. Everything was very clean. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is ok and you will be asked if you want to go. We were informed about the short-term parking zone in front of the house and we were given a parking meter. We felt comfortable and would love to come back.

Bei Ankunft sehr freundlicher Empfang Zimmer ausreichend gross und sehr sauber Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend Maria fragte immer ob wir noch was brauchen, und an die Meckerer die es zu schlecht war!!! Die sollen dann in ein Hotel gehen da gibt's einen größeren Fernseher wenn die zum Fernsehen weg fahrn und ein Frühstücksbüffet ,wir kommen bestimmt wieder What should I say, what should I write Can't confirm the bad reviews My husband and I stayed at the Pension Weissen Löwen for 2 days and were more than satisfied. On arrival very friendly reception room big enough and very clean breakfast very good and sufficient Maria always asked if we needed something, and to the complainers that it was too bad! They should then go to a hotel there is a bigger TV when they go away to watch TV and a breakfast buffet, we'll definitely be back

Frühstück könnte vielleicht etwas umfangreicher sein, aber einfach und ausreichend. Sehr nette Betreiber. Nice quiet guesthouse in the middle of Retz, usable as a starting point for many activities. Good and clean rooms. Breakfast could be a bit more extensive, but simple and sufficient. Very nice operator.
