P	Petra Hartmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter. Das Appartement war groß und sauber mit Balkon und Blick auf den See. Gerne wieder! Great accommodation, very nice landlord. The apartment was large and clean with a balcony overlooking the lake. Gladly again!

Fazit: sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Umgebung! Harley meeting ... Faak Are there in September every year! Nice pension, pleasant atmosphere, polite owner. G	Gerd Gerard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pension seerose si trova a Villach sul Lago Faaker am see dove è possibile fare il bagno l'acqua è pulitissima ed ha sempre un ottima temperatura l'acqua arriva fino a 27 gradi si può fare nuoto e tutti gli sport acquatici il posto è tranquillo tanto che le barche per non inquinare sono tutte elettriche,potrete fare delle lunghe passeggiate in mezzo alle pinete , andare in bici o a cavallo.Seerose ha la sua spiaggia privata a 2 passi,pensione seerose è molto accogliente ha degli appartamentini con angolo cottura, i proprietari sono molto gentili anche se parlano solo il tedesco,se vorrete mettendovi d'accordo potrete fare colazione al Seerose al mattino.Nei pressi ci sono piccoli supermercati dove fare la spesa,ci sono ristoranti sempre lì vicino e un grande centro commerciale si chiama ATRIO a 8 km ha un grande parcheggio anche sotterraneo dotato di ascensori parcheggi riservati a portatori di handicap cosi anche le toilette sono adatte alle carrozzine , all'interno troverete 13 punti di ristoro tra cui un self-service,ho mangiato al MCDONALD ma non mi sono trovato per niente bene.Al self-service si mangia bene piatti cucinati al momento e a poco prezzo,i prezzi in genere sia nei Ristoranti che par la spesa nei centri commerciali sono simili a qulli italiani.Ho visitato Villach e mi è piaciuta molto con il suo centro storico.Ho fatto Benzina a € 1,18 al litro cosa volete di più. Buone Vacanze ci ritornerò sicuramente. The pension seerose is located in Villach on Lake Faaker am see where it is possible to swim the water is very clean and always has an excellent temperature the water reaches up to 27 degrees you can swim and all water sports the place is quiet so much so that the boats to avoid polluting are all electric, you can take long walks in the middle of the pine forests, go by bike or on horseback.Seerose has its own private beach at 2 steps, the seerose pension is very welcoming has apartments with kitchenette, the owners are very nice even if they only speak German, if you want to agree you can have breakfast at the Seerose in the morning.Nearby there are small supermarkets where you can shop, there are restaurants always nearby and a large shopping center is called ATRIO at 8 km it has a large underground parking lot equipped with lifts parking spaces reserved for the handicapped so even the toilets are suitable for wheelchairs, inside you will find 13 refreshment points including a self-service, I ate at the MCDONALD but I didn't find myself well at all.At the self-service you eat well cooked dishes at the moment and at low prices, the prices generally both in the Restaurants and for the shopping in the shopping centers are similar to Italian ones. I visited Villach and I liked it a lot with its historic center. I made Petrol at € 1.18 per liter what more do you want. Happy Holidays I will definitely be back.

Man fühlt sich hier gleich vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl. We have always come here for 24 years. Pleasant, family-run pension. Very nice beach. Very friendly hosts. You feel very comfortable right from the first day.
G	Grigatti 88 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Unterkunft bei der man gene länger bleiben will, hier fühlt man sich wohl :) Der eigene gepflegte Privatstrand am Faaker See ist einfach soooo schöööön, das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht und die Zimmer sind etwas älter eingerichtet aber das sehr sauber und gepflegt ? Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen, bis Bald Familie Petschar ? Great accommodation where you want to stay longer, you feel comfortable here :) The own well-kept private beach on Lake Faak is just soooo beautiful, the breakfast offers everything you need and the rooms are a bit older but very clean and well-kept ? We will definitely come back again, see you soon, the Pechar family ?

Einen Stern Abzug, weil die Einrichtung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Manche Geräte oder das ein oder andere Möbelstück könnte man unserer Meinung nach ersetzen. Wirklich beeindruckend war aber, wie sauber und gepflegt alles ist! A lovingly furnished and managed guest house! We felt very comfortable with the Petschar family. A star deduction because the furniture is getting old. In our opinion, some devices or one or the other piece of furniture could be replaced. But it was really impressive how clean and well-kept everything is!
