Jedoch erfuhren wir hier als Jugendgruppe eine böse Überraschung Seitens des Gastgebers!!! (Nebenbei angemerkt dies ereignete in der Nebensaison) 5 Minuten nach dem Ankommen ersten Kontakt, dem ersten Hallo begannen die ersten Konflikte. Uns wurde auch öfters lautstark mitgeteilt wie man nicht jenes entladen möchte, wo man nicht welche Alpin-Ausrüstung zu verstauen habe bis hin zu Anschuldigungen dass unsere Fahrer betrunken seien bzw. den üblichen zu laut zu unorthodox etc.! ... Nach 45 min Aufenthalt und einem sachlichem Gespräch mit den Hausherren einigte man sich die vertraglich festgelegte Stornogebühr zu bezahlen und bezog ein kundenorientierteres Quartier. Lange Rede, Kurzer Sinn .. Für Jugendgruppen nicht zum Empfehlen. The guesthouse seemed externally as well as from inside to make a good impression. However, we experienced here as a youth group a nasty surprise on the part of the host !!! (Incidentally this occurred in the low season) 5 minutes after arriving first contact, the first hello started the first conflicts. D	Daniel Tisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Umgangsformen des Besitzers erinnern an einen Lehrer der versucht seine Kinder im Ferienlager erziehen zu wollen.. An keinen der 4 Tage hat es der Besitzer als notwendig empfunden die Sauna zu aktivieren und das mit der Begründung "es sei ihm zu viel arbeit". Er bot uns aber, an die Sauna gegen Aufpreis aufzuheizen (obwohl eine Sauna auf der Homepage angeführt ist). Da wir zum Skifahren dort waren und pünktlich um 08:30 zu den Liften wollten, konnten wir aufgrund der zu knappen Frühstückszeiten (ab 08:00) und der 15 Gehminuten zum Lift nicht frühstücken (bezahlen mussten wir trotzdem € 6,50 pro Person, da er Semmeln für uns aufbackte). Die Krönung war es jedoch, als er uns für angeblichen Mehraufwand der Putzfrau weitere 30€ in Rechnung stellte, welche er sofort Bar kassierte. "Sie musste den Müll hinunterbringen und nasse Handtücher einsammeln". Er drohte uns mit dem Rauswurf, sollten wir uns weigern die 30€ zu bezahlen. Selbst als ein Freund, der uns mit dem Auto abholte, sich vor dem Hotel einparkte, kam der Chef rausgerannt und fragte was er hier wolle. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. The owner's manners are reminiscent of a teacher who tries to raise his children in the holiday camp. On none of the 4 days did the owner find it necessary to activate the sauna and that on the grounds that "it was too much work for him". But he offered us to heat up the sauna for an extra charge (although a sauna is listed on the website). Since we were there to ski and wanted to get to the lifts on time at 8:30 a.m., we couldn't have breakfast due to the short breakfast times (from 8:00 a.m.) and the 15 minute walk to the lift (we still had to pay € 6.50 per person because he baked rolls for us). It was the icing on the cake, however, when he charged us a further 30 € for alleged additional work by the cleaning lady, which he immediately took in cash. "She had to take down the garbage and collect wet towels". He threatened to throw us out if we refuse to pay the € 30. Even when a friend who picked us up in the car parked in front of the hotel, the boss came running out and asked what he was doing here. I have never experienced anything like it.
A	Andreas Gfrerer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen vor Ort und hatten echt Bammel vor dem was uns laut Rezensionen dort erwarten würde. Und wissen Sie was: es war für uns alle ein super Winterwochenende. Der Besitzer war freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet absolut ausreichend, die Zimmer sauber und gepflegt, der Skibus hielt direkt vor dem Haus und die Bars und Restaurants konnten wir alle leicht zu Fuß erreichen. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen! We were with a group of 9 people on site and had really junk in front of what we would expect according to reviews there. And you know what: it was a great winter weekend for all of us. The owner was friendly, the breakfast buffet was absolutely sufficient, the rooms were clean and well maintained, the ski bus stopped right in front of the house and the bars and restaurants we could all easily reach on foot. We can only recommend this house!
O	Olaf Ahrens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nun war ich schon zum dritten mal nacheinander bei Franz Reisenbauer in der großen Wohnung. Warum? Weil die Wohnung für Familien oder Reisegruppen mit 4 Personen perfekt ist.2 Schlafräume +Wohnraum mit LCD-TV und Küchenzeile, dazu überdachten Stellplatz für PKW. Und Frühstück kann man sich auch zu den Wohnungen dazubuchen. Zu den Pisten geht es über die hauseigene Skibushaltestelle. Und zu den beiden Vorberichten: Wenn man die Grundregeln einhält (Guten morgen, Danke, bitte,etc) macht Franz alles möglich. Mein Frühstück am Abreisetag hatte er Vorbereitet und so konnten wir auch um 5:30 Brötchen und Kaffee bekommen. Und Tipps für Pisten, Bars oder Skischulen und Skiverleih hat er immer parat. Und ein gepflegtes Bierchen in seiner hauseigenen Bar ist auch an 5 Tagen die Woche möglich.Skifahrer, was willst du mehr? This is the third time in a row that I have been to Franz Reisenbauer's large apartment. Why? Because the apartment is perfect for families or groups of 4 people. 2 bedrooms + living room with LCD TV and kitchenette, plus a covered parking space for cars. And breakfast can also be booked with the apartments. You can get to the slopes via the hotel's own ski bus stop. And about the two preliminary reports: If you follow the basic rules (good morning, thank you, please, etc) Franz makes everything possible. He had prepared my breakfast on the day of departure so we could get bread rolls and coffee at 5:30. And he always has tips for slopes, bars or ski schools and ski rentals at hand. And a fine beer in his own bar is also possible 5 days a week. Skiers, what more could you want?
H	Helmut M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location, facility and room was good. Everything was clean as well. The owner provided us 2 pairs of keys for the room upon arrival, which was nice. Breakfast was included in the price and was ok to start the day. We wanted to use the sauna, as described in he hotel's profile, but we had the feeling that he owner tried and said anything so that we will not use it. Finally, we "succeeded" to use the sauna once, within 4 days. As we were still in the area during our last day, we asked him whether we can leave our things in the building and come later to pick it. The last morning we had breakfast, we stayed a bit longer in the dinning hall and the owner came to tell us that we should hurry to leave the dinning hall, as breakfast has finished. We told him that it wasn't nice to kick us out and thats the point we started having an argument with him. After all he even told us that it is not obvious that we would leave our things in the building. All in all, we had a good stay and the facilities were ok - as long as we did not have any confrontations with the owner.
