Having read the reviews after our booking I was a little nervous... however from start to finish everyone was very helpful and friendly. Fabulous location in the centre of Vienna. Only thing was the WiFi was weak, perhaps that was just where our room was so we just used our 4g.

Definitely would say to avoid this location at all cost. Not only do you pay for a totally different thing than presented, but the level of discomfort is outrageous. In few words, the room has maximum 12m, not 24 as advertised. There is no heating and hot water is supplied on and off. We booked the room for March, when the weather in Vienna is still on the cold side, so having to sleep in a room with no heating, where at night the temperature was of maximum 10 degrees Celsius (in the room), was horrible. Even though we brought everything to the attention of the staff, they were extremely impolite and asked for extra money to be moved in a room with heating. Needles to say that the issue was not solved, and they have cancelled the reservation immediately, to has us not able of leaving a rating. The breakfast is disastrous, I even think that it is below legal sanitary requirements. We are currently moving forward with a complaint with the consumer protection authority in Austria, as this has been the most shocking, health-threatening, horrible experience we have ever had with an accommodation facility, and we travel a lot (especially in Austria- Vienna where we travel monthly). Stay away from this pension of disaster!

The worst thing I've ever experienced!!! It might very well be some kind of criminals. Foolishly enough I've read the reviews AFTER I booked my stay. All of them are true. A hotel in 21st century in world's most renowned capital city does not allow you to check in after 18:00. ahaha. This is a joke. I didn't make the check in before 18:00, so I had to pay for another hotel and because I booked for 3 nights I came the next day to at least stay the remaining 2. They send you back in a most disrespectful manner and say that your whole stay is cancelled but the amount will not be reimbursed. WOW! The audacity! And check out how they respond to every negative comment, angry and blaming YOU, a guest, for ..... apparently expressing your "opinion" ... It would all be very humorous if it weren't so sad and painful for my bank account. I just wanted to have a nice weekend in Vienna and because of Pension Nossek it turned out a nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This place doesn't live up to the principles they proclaim everywhere. They are not friendly, not welcoming and, of course, quite greedy. they deceive guests by using some kind of "special" conditions for settlements that do not meet generally accepted standards. All they can do is communicate with you in a rude manner, justifying themselves with all sorts of invented nonsense. they are not interested in loyal customers. their only task is to deceive you and “suck” more money. I strongly do not recommend this place to visit, especially if you want to relax and not have a lot of problems and nerves.

bad experience. People like the one who manages the pension are guilty of making the stay in Vienna less than flawless. A 0. We do not recommend, they do not help, they do not attend.

Perfect location! Pros: - Walkable distance to major sights and train station! Cons: - Clean but very old rooms! Needs some renovation! - Super slow internet - i couldn't use this wifi even for a basic things - No one at the reception after 6pm

I was 3 hours late to the hotel because my flight was delayed. I informed the hotel and said that will be there at 22.00. I didn’t understand why hotel cancel my all days that I booked without ask me? I didn’t say I will not come, I said I will be there at 22.00. The hotel took my money from the card for two days and canceled my reservation. As I can see from the comments, they don’t working as a hotel, they close the hotel early and take the full reservation money of the visitors. I saw that MANY people are uncomfortable with this situation and the hotel do nothing! These are hotel visitors, the hotel can not say it’s booking.com problem. Maybe the woman in the reception too old to remember everything, I know I respect her but if I can not communicate with someone how I can get a service from the service provider, so she forgot that we talked with them on the phone that I will be late and I lost my 300euro. The lady just shared her feeling and said just “sorry”. Why the owner is answering all these complaints after? Maybe need to communicate perfectly on the time? Maybe try to cancel the first day of visitors not all reserved days? Why the hotel preferred to take the days money which reserved from their customers who are late? What kind of good attitude is?

This is an excellent place to stay, we were very pleased. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are nice and clean. The free breakfast is amazing! Such a cute little room with a wide variety of nice breakfast options. Would definitely recommend.
