★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management of room reservation, the rooms are overbooked. We arrived at 17h00 for check-in and was told that there was no room for us. The owner did not help to book a room for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked double room at Haus Maria but were relocated to Villa Lukashansl to bigger room with view on the river. Villa’s room was spacious and clean. It was not renovated but very well preserved and had its charm that suits this country side.
Hosts at Haus Maria were great and very helpful. You get different attitude compared to big chain hotels.
Breakfast at Haus Maria was just for us; not super big where you do not know what to choose but all essential breakfast stuff were there. They also make eggs of your choice just for you.
