Z	Zbyněk Adamicek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednim slovem katastrofa, pokoje plné věcí, které se tam normálně užívají vc. osaceni, nefunkcni televize, koupelna s neodtykajicim odpadem ve sprše, ktera za ty peníze neni součástí pokoje, vsude nepořádek, různé harampadi, prostě špatný, velice špatný. Nedoporučuji. Jediný pozitivni, poloha, ale to je v Rakousku snad každý penzion.. In a word, a catastrophe, a room full of things normally used there. popping, non-functioning TV, bathroom with no-shower in the shower, which is not part of the room for the money, mess, different harampads, just bad, very bad. I do not recommend. The only positive, location, but it is in Austria perhaps every guesthouse.
T	T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer sind geräumig. Betten sind in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, aber ausreichend. Der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert. Preis ist in Ordnung. Leider ist der Frühstücksraum und die Zimmer ungepflegt, schmutzig!!! Rooms are spacious. Beds are ok. The breakfast is very simple, but adequate. The landlord is very straightforward. Price is ok. Unfortunately, the breakfast room and the rooms unkempt, dirty !!!

Family approach to guests, breakfast buffet, great willingness to advise and help beyond duty.100% satisfaction with accommodation and care for guests. I have been accommodated there about 6 times and I am always happy to return.

Die Zimmer sind mit Vollholzmöbel ausgestattet. Der Besitzer achtet auf energieeffizienz. Herzlichkeit und Umweltbewusstsein, das verdient 5 Sterne! The pension is located in the middle of a beautiful landscape. We were greeted warmly by the owner upon arrival. The rooms are equipped with solid wood furniture. The owner pays attention to energy efficiency. Cordiality and environmental awareness deserve 5 stars!

Fazit wir als große Wander Gruppe sind sehr enttäuscht über sowas haben sowas noch nie erlebt. Everything is very old! Dirty, old, worn-out breakfast dishes. Tables were still crumbs from the lecture. Guest fridge in the garbage room .... Conclusion As a large hiking group, we are very disappointed with something like that.

Herr Kohlmayr selbst ist um seine Gäste sehr bemüht und das ist für uns sehr wichtig. It was a spontaneous surprise at Pension Kohlmayr, all in all okay and the breakfast is good. Mr. Kohlmayr himself goes to great lengths to look after his guests and that is very important to us.
