T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Seitengasse der Durchfahrtsstraße durch Faak am See (wenig Verkehr). In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft (Spar), für die notwendigsten Einkäufe. Auch der Radweg um den Faaker See führt an der Unterkunft vorbei. Zum See (Freibad) sind es zirka 1,5 km.. Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber O. K. Teilweise sitzen andere Gäste im Hof zusammen und plaudern, was aus meiner Sicht O. K. ist, aber eventuell als störend empfunden werden kann..
n	nini bfg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura accogliente: abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamentino con camera soppalcata 3 letto aggiunto e possibilità di trasformare il divano (piano entrata) in altri 2 posti letto. Ambiente molto carino con piccolo angolo cottura e terrazzino. Personale: accogliente, gentile e disponibile anche se non parlano altre lingue oltre all'austriaco. Colazione: a buffet. Unica critica: abbiamo prenotato direttamente dopo aver trovato il sito via booking. I prezzi erano i medesimi e abbiamo confermato. Al nostro arrivo tuttavia non hanno chiesto documenti e il giorno successivo ci hanno indicato su un foglietto il costo totale. Contanti e nessuna ricevuta. Che dire... tutto il mondo è paese! Cozy structure: we stayed in a small apartment with a mezzanine bedroom with 3 extra bed and the possibility of transforming the sofa (entrance floor) into another 2 beds. Very nice environment with a small kitchenette and a small terrace. Staff: welcoming, kind and helpful even if they don't speak other languages besides Austrian. Breakfast: buffet. Only criticism: we booked directly after finding the site via booking. The prices were the same and we confirmed. On our arrival, however, they did not ask for documents and the next day they indicated the total cost on a piece of paper. Cash and no receipt. What can I say ... the whole world is a country!
T	Travel-richie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Sehr nette Besitzer, eigener privater Zugang zum Faaker See in 20min zu Fuß oder mit dem PKW erreichbar, leckeres Frühstück, sehr sauber und sehr bequeme Betten!. Negativ: Meine booking.com App funktionierte leider nicht im eingeschränkten W-LAN-Hausnetz..
S	Susanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Super freundliche, unkomplizierte Hauherrin. Der eigene Strand ist ein echtes Highlight. Angebot am Frühstück ist sehr gut - auf besondere Wünsche, z.B. Schwarzbrot wurde Rücksicht genommen und sofort umgesetzt. Negativ: Es gibt beim besten Willen nichts zu kritisieren.
I	I G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgepasst. Sehr unfreundliche Wirten. Bei Check in schon mit verzogenem Gesicht. Meine Mitteilung über Änderung der Aufenthaltstage schriftlich von ihr bestätigt. Am Abreisetag maulte Sie mich an, sie wäre kein Kasperl und sie wird mich anzeigen wenn ich ihr die Tage inkl. der stornierten (4 Tage noch dazu! ) nicht bezahle. Ein unfreundliches Wesen. Kann kein ruhiges Gespräch führen und ist sehr Gästefeindlich. Ihr Mann ist nur der der wiederholt „Ich kann nichts dazu sagen“. Trotz schriftlichen Email Verlauf wo es schwarz auf weiß steht, dass Aufenthalt geändert worden ist - kommt sie mit Aussage : das ist mir egal Sie müssen alle Tage - komplette Woche bezahlen , obwohl wir nur 3 Tage da waren. Keine Lösung keine Einigung. Nur freches her Gemaule. Balkon wurde schon lange nicht geputzt, im Bad sind lose Fließen am Boden, verdeckt mit nem Lappen, Holz Bett fällt auseinander. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen Nie wieder Watch out. Very unfriendly hosts. At check-in already with a grimace. She confirms my notification of change in the days of stay in writing. J	Judith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Es war einfach toll. Die Unterkunft schön, das Zimmer geräumig, die Besitzerin total nett!!! Das Frühstück war sagenhaft gut. Im Garten gibt es genug Tische zum gemütlichen Beisammen sitzen. Aber das tollste ist der Privatstrand am Faaker See. Dort ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Schwimmnudeln, kleine Tische zum Abstellen,...). Und es ist dort genug Platz für alle Gäste, sodass auch in Corona-Zeiten nicht zu Nahe kommt. Empfehlenswert ein Besuch gegen Abend zum Sonnenuntergang.. Negativ: Das ist schwer zu sagen. Finde hier keine erwähnenswerten Punkte..
