★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda low cost accommodation near Hallstatt, but sub par from previous experiences with slightly higher costs. Very old furniture in bedroom, mattress should have been replaced like 5 years ago, now you just sink in. Front desk personnel didn't seem to care much about us and we didn't feel like we were welcomed. Daily cleaning just consisted out of taking out the trash and making the bed. Didn't care about any dust or hairs on a floor. Advertised WiFi was present, but we weren't able to connect, tried the entire week work 3 devices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would gladly give this place a Zero. I will never forget this horrible experience. I have been in many different hotels, including low budget and this was an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, no other place was available and my family had nowhere to go as we came very late due to traffic. Otherwise we would never stopped at this dump. Never have I experienced such a horrible service from a host. Just to give you an idea, I was in the bathroom, when all of a sudden, the host bursts open the door to my room, without knocking and yells, “check out” Here I am, almost naked, doing my business, this man allows himself to enter a room, without knocking, at 9:30!!!!am!!! I am not even starting to write how he greeted my family. Anyway, it was a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is nice, hotel is fine, good area. Room was big. Bathroom was dirty. Breakfast ok but open buffet where everyone can touch cheese and butter i personally didn't like.
