La Proprietaria gentile, cortese e sempre disponibile per informazioni o per consigli su cosa visitare. Prima colazione americana o italiana a buffet. Leggermente distante dal centro di Villach (1 km circa) ma vicina al centro commerciale ATRIO (400 m circa). Il prezzo è molto basso rispetto alla cura delle camere e della pulizia che abbiamo trovato. Well what to say, by far the best B & B I've ever benefited so far, well-arranged rooms, beautiful, new, clean and all with private terrace. The Owner is kind, courteous and always available for information or advice on what to visit. First American or Italian breakfast buffet. Slightly away from the center of Villach (about 1 km) but close to the ATRIO shopping center (about 400 m). The price is very low compared to the care of the rooms and the cleanliness we found.

Blitzblank sauber, kein Staubkorn, kein Wasserfleck! Und eine sehr nette Wirtin, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt ruhig, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer sehr nett eingerichtet. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder anfragen. We liked the accommodation very much! We spent four nights here. We have never seen such a clean hotel / pension! Stark clean, no dust, no water stain! And a very nice hostess, very friendly and accommodating. The house is quiet, good breakfast, rooms very nicely decorated. We will definitely ask again.

Die Gastgeberin eine 100% sympathische und herzliche Frau, die jeden Morgen ein schmackhaftes Frühstück auf den Tisch zaubert. Die Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Auch eine Wirbelsäulenbehandlung nach Dorn-Preuss kann man bei ihr buchen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub. Danke. It was our first time in the Beate guesthouse and we felt very comfortable. The hostess is a 100% personable and warm woman who conjures up a tasty breakfast on the table every morning. The rooms clean and quiet. A spine treatment according to Dorn-Preuss can also be booked with her. We were very happy and had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Camera molto accogliente e pulita, unico inconveniente non c'è il frigo bar in camera. Very hospitable and helpful staff, ideal for those who want to relax and feel comfortable. Very cozy and clean room, only drawback there is no mini bar in the room.

M	Matthias Feige on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe die Pension Beate kurzfristig für zwei Nächte für einen Wandertrip gebucht. Der nahe Mittagskogel (siehe Bild) ist ein tolles Wandergebiet. Die Pension liegt in Villach Warmbad - mit dem Auto ist der Faaker See und der Einstieg zu den Wanderrouten (z.B. über den Baumgartnerhof oder den Martinihof) sehr schnell erreichbar. Das von mir gebuchte Einzelzimmer war sehr sauber und modern, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (bundesdeutsches TV, WLAN, elektrischen Rollläden, sehr gute Dusche), die man sich vor und nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung wünschen kann. Auch das Frühstück ist hervorzuheben, in Coronazeiten natürlich nicht in Buffetform; es wird aber dennoch auf Wünsche eingegangen. Sowieso war die Kommunikation mit der Gastwirtin bzw. dem Pensionspersonal sehr nett - ich kann die Pension damit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Booked the Pension Beate for two nights for a hiking trip at short notice. The nearby Mittagskogel (see picture) is a great hiking area. The guesthouse is located in Villach Warmbad - the Faaker See and the access to the hiking routes (e.g. via the Baumgartnerhof or the Martinihof) can be reached very quickly by car. The single room I booked was very clean and modern, with all the amenities (German TV, WiFi, electric shutters, very good shower) that one could wish for before and after a strenuous hike. The breakfast is also to be emphasized, in Corona times of course not in the form of a buffet; however, requests are still addressed. Anyway, the communication with the innkeeper and the pension staff was very nice - I can therefore recommend the pension without reservation.
S	Stefano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accogliente, posto molti tranquillo e a 5 minuti da tutto, la signora gentilissima le stanze pulite accoglienti e moderne, la colazione ottima e varia. non da cinque stelle solo perché la Tv ha solo canali Tedeschi e non hanno Wi-Fi, per il resto stupendo. Cozy, very quiet place and 5 minutes from everything, the very kind lady, the clean welcoming and modern rooms, the excellent and varied breakfast. not five stars just because the TV only has German channels and no Wi-Fi, otherwise wonderful.
