K	Kerstin Schnuggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, kinderfreundlich, Frühstück alles da was man braucht, Eier werden frisch gekocht, frisches Gebäck, Zimmer war für 3 Sterne gut, sauber, Schlafzimmer war in einem extra Abteil war sehr angenehm War eine kleine Küche dabei, super Top TV, super zum Strand Bad, gerne wieder Very friendly and courteous, child-friendly, Breakfast everything you need is there, eggs are freshly cooked, fresh pastries, Room was good for 3 stars, clean, bedroom was in a separate compartment was very pleasant A small kitchen was there, great Great TV, great for the beach bathroom, gladly again

M	Mone Potz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren 4 Gäste im Arkadenhof und hatten 2 Doppelzimmer, Fazit: Positiv: - kleines Frühstücksbuffet (sogar mit veganen Aufstrichen) - günstiger Preis inkl. Neusiedl Card und Frühstück - Parkplätze vor dem Haus - freundliche Besitzer - Lage Negativ: - heruntergekommene Pension, alles sehr altmodisch und Zimmer wenig einladend bzw. gemütlich (nicht mal Handseife wird bereit gestellt) - sehr feucht miefendes Zimmer, Schimmel irgendwo? - Bett und Matratze sehr unbequem und quietscht/knarrt bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung, Bettwäsche kratzig - die Zimmer sind über einen Arkadengang begehbar, direkt da ist somit die Tür und das einzige Fenster der Zimmer, lüften ist also (jedenfalls nachts) nicht möglich - andre Gäste starren am Weg durch den Gang direkt auf dein Bett und wenn nachts andere noch "den Balkon" (=Arkadengang) nutzen möchten hört man das natürlich sehr laut - sehr heiß, keine Klima (siehe auch oben bzgl lüften) - keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit, nur Jalousien und weiße Vorgänge - Halterung der Handbrause in der Dusche ist kaputt - Fernseher steht am Schrank oben, Fernsehen war fast unmöglich - 2 Steckdosen im ganzen Zimmer - kein WLAN Code, vielleicht wäre ein Willkommens-Schreiben mit Informationen sinnvoll, wie es viele Pensionen udgl. machen? We were 4 guests in the Arkadenhof and had 2 double rooms, conclusion: Positive: - small breakfast buffet (even with vegan spreads) - Favorable price including the Neusiedl Card and breakfast - Parking spaces in front of the house - friendly owners - Location Negative: - run down pension, everything very old-fashioned and rooms uninviting or cozy (not even hand soap is provided) - very damp, smelly room, mold somewhere? - Bed and mattress very uncomfortable and squeaks / creaks with every slight movement, bed linen scratchy - the rooms are accessible via an arcade, so the door and the only window of the room are right there, so ventilation is not possible (at least at night) - other guests stare directly at your bed on the way through the corridor and if others are still at night " If you want to use the balcony (= arcade) you can hear it very loudly - very hot, no climate (see above for ventilation) - No possibility of blackout, only blinds and white processes - The bracket for the hand shower in the shower is broken - The television is on the cabinet upstairs, television was almost impossible - 2 sockets in the whole room - no WLAN code, maybe a welcome letter with information would be useful, as is the case with many guesthouses and the like. do?

Das besondere Extra: die liebenswerte, ältere Chefin, die sich rund um die Uhr um alles kümmert und jeden Extrawunsch erfüllt. Wir kommen wieder! Visited this guesthouse in June with my class. Very nice, good breakfast and top location! The special extra: the adorable, older boss, who takes care of everything around the clock and fulfills every extra wish. We will be back!

Uns wurde nur der Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt und gesagt „ ich sage es euch wenn es in der Nacht laut ist schmeiß ich euch raus“ und das mit einem Ton der unter jeder Würde ist!!! Es wurde mit anderen Gästen über uns gelästert! Sie leuchtete in der Nacht in unsere Zimmer und kam ohne zu Anklopfen oder ähnliches in unser Zimmer !! Die haben uns das letzte mal gesehen! Solch eine Frechheit habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt ! ( Sie —> Senior Chefin ) One disaster! We arrived and no hello or anything like that. We were only given the key and said “I'll tell you if it's loud at night I'll throw you out” and that with a tone that is beneath any dignity! Other guests were blasphemed about us! It shone in our room at night and came into our room without knocking or anything like that! They saw us for the last time! I've never seen such cheek in my life! (You -> senior boss)
H	Horst Guggenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit Herrn Matthew einer anderen Meinung, da in meinem Zimmer immer Warmwasser war und auch die Zimmer sehr nett und ordentlich waren. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Die nähe zum Strandbad fand ich ebenfalls schön. Der BMW vor der Haustüre war auch nach meinem Geschmack. Und Die Katzen im Innenhof waren sehr freundlich zu mir. Immer wieder Gerne I have a different opinion with Mr. Matthew, because in my room was always hot water and the rooms were very nice and tidy. The breakfast was also very good. The proximity to the beach was also nice. The BMW on the doorstep was also to my liking. And the cats in the courtyard were very friendly to me. Always my pleasure

Klare Empfehlung hier nicht zu buchen, da schläft man lieber auf einer Parkbank! Very bad. It's crazy that there are such wicked hosts these days. The senior boss goes into the room at night and insults you. Really extreme! A clear recommendation not to book here, because you prefer to sleep on a park bench!
