I spent my 2 weeks vacation here and didn't experience anything like that, the staff is very friendly and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ diese Pension war sicher einmal Top...in den 70ern... Warmwasser kommt nicht automatisch. Nachgefragt muß man einen Schalter am Gang betätigen, der anscheinend erst den Boiler startet.
this pension was certainly top ... in the 70s ... hot water does not come automatically. If you are in need of a switch on the gear press, apparently only the boiler starts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine kaputte, schmutzige Absteige. Ehrlich ! Sieht aus, als hätten die seit der Erbauung rein gar nichts investiert und schlachten diese "Leiche" so gut als möglich aus.
Es ist vieles defekt, fast alles staubig und schäbig, verdreckt.
Das Bad ist nur für sehr immunstarke Personen gedacht. Uralte Armaturen, wo das Chrom schon vom Trägermaterial runterpoliert ist.
Schimmel findet man überall und es riecht auch überall muffig.
Für den Preis von €39,- bekommt man in der Gegend 3 weitere saubere Pensionen, wo auch die Heizung immer funktioniert
A broken, dirty dump. Honestly ! Looks like they have not invested anything since the edification and they are slaughtering this "corpse" as well as possible.
It is a lot broken, almost everything dusty and shabby, filthy.
The bathroom is intended only for very immuno-intensive people. Ancient fittings, where the chrome is already polished down from the substrate.
Mold is everywhere and it smells musty everywhere.
For the price of € 39, - you get in the area 3 more clean guesthouses, where the heating always works
