They are more or less interchangeable, offering (usually) acceptable quality products at competitive prices. Service by overworked employees is neither good nor bad. They all most often rate four-star-ish, given that the customer opts for price above service and quality. The two-star rating for this market is owed to employees wearing masks but NOT covering their noses, and pointing this out to them only nets a mean glare. PS: just spent 15 min. standing in line at the cashier. At 7:00 PM, one hour before closing and at the busiest time when people need to do their after-work shopping, PENNY has only one of three cashiers in service. There goes your last star, PENNY.
