★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin erschrocken über die Unmenschlichkeit in Ihrer Filiale in Peuerbach/OÖ. Ich war heute (3.11) mit einem meiner Klienten auf dessen Wunsch bei Ihnen Einkaufen. Dieser Mann sitzt im Rollstuhl, der von mir geschoben werden muss. Gleich am Eingang wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin zurückgewiesen und gebeten das wir uns einen Einkaufswagen holen müssen aufgrund der neuen Verordnungen. Ich erklärte der Dame das ich keinen Einkaufswagen schieben kann weil ich schon den Rollstuhl schieben muss. Wieder sagte sie mir mit scharfem Ton das ich mir einen Wagen holen muss. Ich sagte wieder es sei nicht möglich. Daraufhin sagte sie mir lautstark das ich froh sein soll denn normal müssten mein Klient und ich beide einen Einkaufswagen nehmen. Mein Klient war sichtlich traurig und fragte warum er sich jetzt nichts kaufen kann.
Hier fehlt Empathie und Menschlichkeit.
Penny hat Mich, meinen Klienten und unseren gesamten Betrieb das letzte Mal gesehen.

I am shocked by the inhumanity in your branch in Peuerbach / Upper Austria. Today (3.11) I went shopping with one of my clients at your request. This man is in a wheelchair that I have to push. Right at the entrance we were turned back by an employee and asked that we have to get a shopping cart due to the new regulations. I explained to the lady that I can't push a shopping cart because I have to push the wheelchair. Again she told me sharply that I have to get a car. I said again it wasn't possible. Then she told me loudly that I should be happy because normally my client and I would both have to take a shopping cart. My client was visibly sad and asked why he can't buy anything now.
There is a lack of empathy and humanity here.
Penny saw me, my client and our entire business last time.
