Leider vergeblich, da das Telefon bei mehreren Versuchen nicht besetzt war und ich auch unter meiner mitgesendeten Mobil Nummer nicht zurückgerufen wurde. Schließlich kontaktierte ich das Studio per Mail mit drei Terminvorschlägen. In der Antwort wurden meine Vorschläge alle abgelehnt und lediglich eine Alternative angeboten. Leider konnte ich diese aus beruflichen Gründen nicht wahrnehmen, schlug daher in einer weiteren Mail wieder drei Termine vor. In der nächsten Antwort wurde bereits auf höfliche Anrede verzichtet und lediglich "10. August 10:00" vermerkt. Der Termin passte für mich, doch als ich heute um 10:00 zum Termin kam, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Termin nicht eingetragen ist, weil ich nicht geantwortet hätte? Es wurde mir kein Ersatz Termin angeboten! Ich wurde lediglich darauf hingewiesen, dass der Terminkalender gerade sehr voll ist!! Tried to make an appointment by phone. In the answer my suggestions were all rejected and only one alternative was offered. Unfortunately, for professional reasons, I was unable to attend, so I suggested three appointments in another email. In the next answer, a polite form of address was dispensed with and only "10 August 10:00" was noted. The appointment was right for me, but when I got to the appointment today at 10:00 am, I was informed that the appointment was not entered because I had not responded? I was not offered a replacement appointment! I was only informed that the calendar is very full right now!
