(Schraube beim Brillenbügel ausgebohrt und ersetzt) Nun im Urlaub hatte ich den Bügel wieder in der Hand. Also besuchte Ich die Filiale in Leoben. Der Berater hier war entsetzt über den Zustand meiner Brillenfassung. Ohne viel zu zögern nahm er die genau gleiche Fassung aus dem Schauraum und tauschte in ein paar Minuten meine Gleitsichtgläser. Kostenlos - das nenne ich Service. Herzlichen Dank. Short break in Leoben. 2 weeks ago my glasses were repaired in the branch in Auhofcenter (Vienna). (Screw drilled and replaced at the temple) Now on vacation I had the handle back in my hand. So I visited the branch in Leoben. The consultant here was appalled by the condition of my glasses. Without much hesitation, he took the exact same version out of the showroom and exchanged my progressive lenses in a few minutes. Free - that's what I call service. Thank you very much.

Wir gingen hinein und der Berater David Sch. wandte sich an uns. Er stellte mir einige Fragen bezüglich meiner Vorstellung der zukünftigen Brille. Kaum hatte ich ihm gesagt was ich mir vorstelle, reichte er mir bereits eine Brille. Er wirkte dabei aber auf keinen Fall aufdringlich oder unfreundlich, im Gegenteil! Zu meiner Überraschung passte mir die Brille perfekt. Er war sehr freundlich und kompetent!! Tatsächlich fand ich dann auch keine Brille die mir besser gepasst hätte, als die, die er mir gegeben hat. Ich muss gestehen ich war bis dahin eigentlich nie wirklich Fan von Pearle Optik und habe meine Brillen immer bei anderen Optiker gekauft....Ich war/bin aber so begeistert von der freundlichen und kompetenten Beratung gewesen,dass ich auf jedenfall wieder hingehen werde!! We went in and the advisor David Sch. turned to us. He asked me a few questions about my vision of the future glasses. As soon as I had told him what I was thinking of, he handed me a pair of glasses. He didn't seem pushy or unfriendly, on the contrary! To my surprise, the glasses fit me perfectly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable !! In fact, I didn't find any glasses that would have fitted me better than the ones he gave me. I have to admit that up until then I was never really a fan of Pearle Optik and I always bought my glasses from other opticians ...
