Ich arbeite selbstständig und mein Laptop ist mein Geld sozusagen, leider ging etwas kaputt und er ging nicht mehr somit suchte ich verzweifelt nach einem IT Reperaturservice, und wurde dann bei PC Skillz fündig, ich rief an, und promot 30 minuten später Stand der Freudliche Chef da, und schaute sich mein Problem an, es waren Reperaturarbeiten nötig, und er musste ihn mitnehmen. Die Arbeit und der einbau der neuteile war in 2 Tagen erledigt, und bereits am Freitag vor dem Wochenende wurde mir mein Laptop wieder geliefert, tip top in schuss, sauberst geputzt und voll funktionstüchtig!

So! I am simply amazed!
I work independently and my laptop is my money, so to speak, unfortunately something broke and it didn't work anymore so I desperately looked for an IT repair service, and then I found what I was looking for at PC Skillz, I called and promoted 30 minutes later, the happy boss stood there, looking at my problem, it needed repairs and he had to take it with him. The work and the installation of the new parts was done in 2 days, and my laptop was delivered to me again on the Friday before the weekend, in tip top condition, cleanly cleaned and fully functional!

Top man ... prompt processing, quick and uncomplicated. Mr. Perc dealt with me as a customer and my concerns exactly and I received an offer that was tailored to my needs. If I had to describe Frank in three words: competent, reliable and empathic.
