Der Kontakt und die Terminabstimmung für die Urnenbeisetzung war vollkommen unkompliziert. Die Urnenbeisetzung wurde von Paxnatura begleitet. Die Urne wurde zum Grab gebracht, beigesetzt und das Grab geschlossen. Welchen Rahmen man für die Beisetzung gestalten möchte, liegt bei den Angehörigen. Ich bedanke mich recht herzlich bei den Mitarbeitern von Paxnatura, es wurde alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. In 2014 my father bought an urn burial site near Paxnatura. When he passed away, I contacted Paxnatura. The contact and the appointment for the urn burial was completely uncomplicated. The urn burial was accompanied by Paxnatura. In unserem Bekanntenkreis und Freundeskreis haben bereits etliche diese als letzte Ruhestätte gewählt. Wir kommen wiederholt immer wieder gerne nach Maria Plain. Bei meinem letzten Besuch wollte ich im Büro von Paxnatura bezüglich der Gedenktafel eine Nachfrage stellen. Das Büro, es war ca. 14.30 Uhr, war nicht besetzt. Sollte eigentlich kein Problem darstellen wenn man sich an die Öffnungszeiten halte. Jetzt habe ich nach langer intensiver Suche der Öffnungszeiten feststellen müssen, dass kein Hinweis oder Schild oder sonstige Information bezüglich der Öffnungszeiten zu finden waren. Ich finde es traurig und unprofessionell von Paxnatura. Wie sollten Leute ohne Internet "Google" zu den Öffnungszeiten kommen. Und ich denke, die meisten Interessenten sind ältere Leute welche eventuell auch nicht einmal ein Mobil Phone besitzen. Es wäre angedacht dieses zu hinterfragen. Eventuell auch für schnell Entschlossene könnte dies eine Hilfestellung sein. Vielleicht finde ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch ein Schild mit den Öffnungszeiten vor. Sad and unprofessional. My family and I have already selected and paid for a final resting place for us. Many of our friends and acquaintances have already chosen this as their final resting place. We keep coming back to Maria Plain. On my last visit, I wanted to make an inquiry at the Paxnatura office regarding the plaque. The office, it was around 2:30 p.m., was not manned. Shouldn't be a problem if you stick to the opening times. Now, after a long and intensive search for the opening hours, I have found that no notice or sign or other information regarding the opening times could be found. I find it sad and unprofessional from Paxnatura. How should people without Internet "Google" come to the opening hours. And I think most interested parties are older people who may not even have a mobile phone. It would be worth questioning this. This could also be helpful for those who decide quickly. Maybe I'll find a sign with the opening hours on my next visit.
V	Vielen Dank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War enttäuschend! Habe mir mündlich etwas ausgemacht was danach nicht eingehalten wurde. (Holen sie sich lieber alles schriftlich hier). Es hat diese Probleme nicht zum ersten mal gegeben was ich erfahren habe und das ist bei diesen Thema einfach Respektlos. Sonst eine Super Idee für Naturverbundene und der Rest hat reibungslos funktioniert. Was disappointing! I agreed something verbally which was not followed afterwards. (Better get everything in writing here). This isn't the first time I've experienced these problems and that's just disrespectful on this subject. Otherwise a great idea for nature lovers and the rest worked smoothly.
