Wir erreichten kurz nach 3 Uhr einen einfühlsamen und engagierten Herren, der sich bemühte, so schnell es ihm möglich war, unsere Mama abzuholen. In der Früh wurde sie von 2 Herren abgeholt, die uns durch diesen schrecklichen und schmerzhaften Moment führten. Die Würde unserer verstorbenen Mama und unsere Wünsche standen im Vordergrund. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an Herrn Klug, der uns mit viel Empathie, Geduld und Herz durch den Termin bei Pax führte. Er half uns dabei Entscheidungen zu treffen, wenn wir nicht weiterwussten. Durch seine jahrelange Erfahrung fühlten wir uns sehr aufgehoben. Sein Engagement ermöglichte es uns, dass wir die Verabschiedung und Bestattung ganz nach Mamas und unseren Wünschen durchführen konnten. Auch am Tag der Bestattung, mussten wir uns keine Gedanken über irgendetwas machen. Dank Pax wurde sich um alles gekümmert. Wirklich berührt hat uns Herr Salomon, der in der Nacht unseren Anruf annahm und am Tag der Beisetzung vor Ort war, da es ihm ein Anliegen war daran teilzunehmen! Danke, dass Sie alle sich so gut um unsere Mama und uns gekümmert haben. Sie haben uns in dieser schrecklichen Zeit sehr geholfen! 2 weeks ago my mom passed away peacefully in the middle of the night. Shortly after 3 a.m. we reached an empathetic and committed gentleman who tried to pick up our mum as quickly as possible. In the morning she was picked up by 2 gentlemen who guided us through this terrible and painful moment. The dignity of our deceased mom and our wishes were paramount. A big thank you also goes to Mr. Klug, who guided us through the appointment with Pax with a lot of empathy, patience and heart. He helped us make decisions when we got stuck. Through his many years of experience, we felt that we were in very good hands. His commitment made it possible for us to carry out the farewell and burial according to our mothers and our wishes. Even on the day of the funeral, we didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of thanks to Pax. We were really touched by Mr. Salomon, who took our call during the night and was there on the day of the funeral because it was important to him to take part! Thank you all for looking after our mom and us so well. You have helped us a lot during this terrible time!
