Meine Erfahrung: ich habe davor doch einige Firmen kontaktiert, die entweder preislich in einem anderen Universum beheimatet waren oder die Angebote irgendwo in der Stratosphere gelandet sind- jedenfalls nicht bei mir. Bei dieser Firma war alles mega unkompliziert: schneller persönlicher Kontakt, kurze Wartezeit aufs Angebot, super Preis-Leistung (ja, eine feine Arbeit kostet eben Geld, dafür hat man aber was vernünftiges). Bei uns wurde direkt beim ersttermin im Winter darauf hingewiesen, dass die Montage frühestens im August stattfinden wird. Das war für uns in Ordnung. Trotz Corona konnte der Montagetermin relativ gut eingehalten werden. Der Chef so wie der Monteur sind extrem professionell, verlässlich, sauber und wahnsinnig nett. Wir sind mit der Stiege extrem happy. Sehr sauber und eine absolut professionelle Arbeit. Einziges manko: als ungeduldiger Mensch muss man einfach vertrauen haben und hin und wieder einfach anrufen, wann denn der Monteur genau kommt- denn sonst kann man früh morgens schon mal eine Überraschung erwarten ?. Ich bin froh, dass mir diese Firma von einem Bekannten empfohlen wurde und ich nach 5 Jahren und etlichen, misslungenen Terminen mit anderen Firmen endlich meine Stiege genießen kann! It is a mystery to me why this company does not yet have a rating. In short: absolutely recommendable. My experience: I did contact some companies before that were either based in a different universe in terms of price or the offers landed somewhere in the Stratosphere - at least not with me. Everything at this company was extremely uncomplicated: quick personal contact, short waiting times for an offer, great value for money (yes, fine work costs money, but you have something sensible for it). At our first appointment in winter, we pointed out that assembly would take place in August at the earliest. That was fine with us. Despite Corona, the assembly date could be kept relatively well. The boss and the fitter are extremely professional, reliable, clean and incredibly nice. We are extremely happy with the stairs. Very clean and an absolutely professional job. The only downside: as an impatient person, you just have to trust and call every now and then when the fitter is coming - otherwise you can expect a surprise early in the morning ?. I am glad that this company was recommended to me by a friend and that after 5 years and several unsuccessful appointments with other companies I can finally enjoy my stairs!
