Obwohl sich die Kirche mitten im Industriegebiet befindet, kann man hier auch perfekt Feste feiern (Hochzeit, Taufe, Pensionsfeier, usw.) Oder einfach nach der Arbeit im Innenhof ein gemütliches Bier mit Kollegen trinken. Church with a difference. Very special and beautiful location. Von Norden betrachtet führt eine gerade Achse mit leichter Neigung nach Süden. Die dadurch entstehenden Böschungen des Hügels enthalten nur Schlackesteine. An der linken Seite entwickelt sich die Fassade des Bauwerks, die mit Platten aus Schlackesteinen verkleidet ist. Der Weg entlang dieser Materialien und Neigungen erinnert an eine industrielle Halde, an Werke der "Land Art", aber auch an die rostroten Stahlskulpturen Richard Serras, die meist aus rechteckigen Platten bestehen. This construction method contains heavy, massive symbolism: the associations not only lead to an examination of the working world of the steelworks, but also lead to mining, to excavating and breaking out rock, or to opencast mining. Viewed from the north, a straight axis with a slight incline leads to the south. The resulting slopes of the hill contain only cinder blocks. The facade of the building, which is clad with slabs of cinder blocks, is developing on the left-hand side. The path along these materials and inclinations is reminiscent of an industrial dump, of "Land Art" works, but also of Richard Serra's rust-red steel sculptures, which mostly consist of rectangular panels.
