G	Google M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie haben wirklich sehr tolle Sachen und große Auswahl, war gestern mit mein Sohn da weil er ein Halloween Kostüm haben wollte. Ich habe mir ein Kostüm angeschaut und aus der Verpackung rausgenommen, da ist die Verkäuferin schnell gekommen - wir dürfen kein Kostüm auspacken , das darf nur die Verkäuferin, ok , ich habe zu meinen Sohn gesagt, er könnte der Umhang drüber probieren, die Verkäuferin sagte: probieren geht nix, wegen Corona, ok, auch gut - aber das beste kommt zum Schluss, man darf nix umtauschen , alle Artikel sind von Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Aha- man darf nix probieren und man darf nix umtauschen wenn die große doch nicht passt, weil man eh nix probieren darf, das ist nicht gerade was man sich vorstellt wenn man ein Kostüm um € 50.- kauft. Wir haben es gekauft und es passt alles, Sie sollten aber trotzdem ihren Geschäftsmodell da ein bisschen überdenken, wenn sie nicht 99 % der Künden verlieren wollen. Das ist meine Meinung. Ein Einkauf mit ein leicht bitteren Geschmack war das. They have really great things and a large selection, my son was there yesterday because he wanted a Halloween costume. I looked at a costume and took it out of the packaging, the saleswoman came quickly - we are not allowed to unpack a costume, only the saleswoman is allowed to do that, ok, I told my son he could try the cloak on it, the saleswoman said : You can't try it, because of Corona, ok, also good - but the best comes at the end, you can't exchange anything, all items cannot be exchanged. Ah- you can't try anything and you can't exchange anything if the big one doesn't fit, because you can't try anything anyway, that's not exactly what you imagine when you buy a costume for € 50. We bought it and everything fits, but you should still rethink your business model if you don't want to lose 99% of your customers. This is my opinion. That was a purchase with a slightly bitter taste.

Waren sehr sehr nett nur das was versprochen wurde das die Luftballons durch die Behandlung von ihnen 2 bis 3 Tage halten völliger Quatsch! Der erste Ballon nach 1 Std. schon am Boden und leider sind im Endeffekt die Hälfte der Ballone immer leerer geworden und das gesamte Bild schaute dann nicht mehr so schön aus Danke Also viel zu teuer waren sehr enttäuscht für € 100,- Mfg Friday 25 balloons ordered with gas for Saturday to pick up. Sogar 2 Tage vor Halloween gab es noch sehr viele Kostüme zur Auswahl. Top! Auch das Service bei Reklamationen ist super.
