Früh haben wir immer einen Kontrolleur gesehen, der die Tickets überprüft. Great parking for the small purse. You can even stay there very well with the van. Beim Versuch der Dame bei der Service-Hotline verständlich zu machen, dass wir ein Ticket hatten, nur war es leider schlecht positioniert, wurde uns auf gut Deutsch gesagt, dass wir Pech hätten und die Dame am Telefon kann nichts für uns tun, da auf unserem Ticket kein Kennzeichen stehe und somit nicht glaubwürdig gemacht werden kann, dass wir ehrlich dieses Ticket erstanden hätten. Eine bodenlose Frechheit also. Wenn das Kennzeichen ein Kriterium für die Glaubwürdigkeit eines erstandenen Tickets sei, dann soll die Parkmaschine dies bitte auch anbieten, einzugeben. Hier wird mit unfairen Tricks gearbeitet, damit ja den Menschen noch mehr Geld aus der Tasche gezogen werden kann. Bin zu tiefst enttäuscht über dieses nicht vorhandene Kundenmanagement und die flapsige Servicehotline bei der man nur hinters Licht geführt wird. Wir werden aufjedenfall nie wieder auf einen der Apcoa Parkplätze parken. Unfortunately, our ticket was not well placed, so we received a fine of € 85. M	M.B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dostałem mandat na 85 Euro mimo opłacenia parkowania poprzez aplikację Apcoa Flow. Mam potwierdzenia z banku za płatności, mam potwierdzenia opłacenia parkingu w aplikacji. Jeśli Wam nie działa system sczytywania płatności to zrezygnujcie z aplikacji, bo to jest oszustwem dla klientów!!! Nie wiem co mam w tej sytuacji zrobić. Mam nadzieję, że załatwicie jakoś tę sprawę.
