Zur Stärkung und Jause ist eine Einkehr im Schutzhaus zum Eisernen Tor sehr zu empfehlen. Wonderful footpath, convenient for hiking in summer and a great toboggan run for the winter season! For refreshments and snacks, a stop at the shelter to the Iron Gate is highly recommended.

Der Wanderweg auf den Hohen Lindkogel ist gut markiert und beginnt direkt gegenüber von der Einfahrt zum Parkplatz. Ein großes Dankeschön dem Besitzer der Liegenschaft, welcher das Parken den Wanderern ermöglicht! A large, unpaved parking lot in the middle of Rohrbach (just before the quarry) is available to hikers here. The hiking trail on the Hohen Lindkogel is well marked and starts directly opposite the entrance to the parking lot. A big thank you to the owner of the property, who made parking possible for the hikers!

Direkt beim Parkplatz beginnt einer der Wege, der durch einen schönen, lichten Wald auf den Gipfel führt. Die dortige Warte ist wegen der Corona-Situation derzeit leider geschlossen. Jause und Getränke müssen ebenfalls selbst mitgebracht werden. Als Rückweg zum Parkplatz kann ein etwas längerer, leicht nördlich verlaufender Weg gewählt werden, wodurch sich insgesamt ein Rundweg ergibt. Medium-sized parking lot in the middle of nowhere, ideal for a nice hike on the Hohen Lindkogel. One of the paths begins right at the car park and leads through a beautiful, light forest to the summit. Unfortunately, the control room there is currently closed due to the corona situation. You must also bring your own snacks and drinks. To return to the parking lot, you can choose a slightly longer, slightly north-going path, which results in a circular path.
R	Rainer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beschriftung zum Weg dorthin, könnte ausgebaut werden und leider nur Platz für ganz wenige Fahrzeuge. Also rechtzeitig vor Ort sein. Wanderung durch die Falkenschlucht ist wirklich idyllisch. Auf sehr gutes Schuhwerk, vor allem bei Nässe achten! The lettering for the way there could be expanded and unfortunately only space for a few vehicles. So be there in good time. The hike through the Falkenschlucht is really idyllic. Pay attention to very good shoes, especially when it is wet!
