T	Thomas Hetlinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufpassen liebe Leute!!! Ihr solltet euch unbedingt die Hausordnung durchlesen ( Autos ohne Kennzeichen und ohne Pickerl werden OHNE VORWAHNUNG ABGESCHLEPPT)!!! Von TOMAN habe ich dann per Brief erfahren das mein Auto abgeschleppt wurde und das ich 450€ zahlen muss!!! Außerdem solltet ihr Wissen das die Kamera laut geschädigten Autobesitzer Atrappen sind!! Zum Schluss der krönende Abschluss!!! Leider bin ich durch die Aktion in Geldnot geraten (dadurch das Auto abgemeldet war musste ich es ständig von A nach B schleppen lassen: Gesamtkosten knapp unter 1.000€) und konnte die letzten Ratennicht pünktlich zahle. Endeffekt durfte ich es auf 2x zahlen und der Vertrag endete mit Juli 2017!! Heute musste ich mir einen Brief abholen mit der letzten Mahnung das ich 240€ nachzahlen muss!! (Habe niemals eine Mahnung bekommen!!!) Bitte liebe Leute hebt euch ALLES auf was ihr bekommt sonnst müsst ihr vielleicht bei der nächsten Weihnachtsfeier die Getränke bezahlen ;) Ich werde natürlich meinen Rechtschutz einschalten Watch out dear people! You should definitely read the house rules (cars without license plates and badges will be TOWED WITHOUT FOREIGNING) !!! I then heard from TOMAN by letter that my car was towed away and that I had to pay 450 € !!! You should also know that the cameras are dummies according to damaged car owners !! Finally, the grand finale! Unfortunately, I ran into financial difficulties (because the car was deregistered, I had to constantly drag it from A to B: total costs just under € 1,000) and couldn't pay the last installments on time. In the end I was allowed to pay it twice and the contract ended in July 2017 !! Today I had to pick up a letter with the last reminder that I have to pay 240 € !! (I never got a reminder !!!) Please dear people save EVERYTHING you get, otherwise you may have to pay for the drinks at the next Christmas party;) I will of course turn on my legal protection

Wenn man länger als 59 Minuten parkt, bezahlt man bereits das Tagesmaximum vom 5 Euro. Spacious parking garage in a good location. The pricing could be a bit "finer". If you park longer than 59 minutes, you already pay the daily maximum of 5 euros.
N	Nic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtes Kundenservice! Könnte nicht aus der Garage raus fahren, wegen einem kartenfehler, musste in bar zahlen. Trotzdem wurde der Betrag abgebucht. Das Kundenservice am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich, keine rasche Bearbeitung und auch keine Entschuldigung für den Aufwand, den ich wegen Ihren Fehlers gehabt habe. Unternehmen sollten kundenorientierter denken!! Bad customer service! Couldn't drive out of the garage because of a card error, had to pay in cash. The amount was nevertheless debited. The customer service on the phone was very unfriendly, no quick processing and no apology for the effort I had because of your mistake. Companies should think more customer-oriented !!

S	Siegfried Steindl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer das Ernst Happel Stadion besucht der parkt hier richtig. Liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Stadion entfernt und trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Tangente. Wenn man nach Ankunft sein Ticket am Kassenautomaten bezahlt ( Pauschale € 5.- für ein Tagesticket) muss man sich bei der Abfahrt nicht blöd anstellen beim Kassenautomaten und kann direkt die Heimreise antreten. Das Parkhaus ist hell und die Parkplätze sind sogar relativ groß ( fahre einen Mittelklassewagen) ? If you visit the Ernst Happel Stadium park here right. Located just 5 minutes walk from the stadium and still in close proximity to the tangent. If you pay for your ticket at the pay machine after arrival (flat rate € 5.- for a day ticket) you do not have to go stupid at the departure at the cash machine and can directly start the journey home. The parking garage is bright and the parking is even relatively large (drive a middle class car) ?
