Great service, had my parquet floor installed by the Schantl company many years ago and I am still thrilled today! In terms of care, I have always received everything on time and I am very satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to obtain cleaning products for my wood floor from this company as they are the regional retailer. I called three times but was told every time that "they had just run out" of it and new stock would be coming in soon, asking me to call again in 2-3 weeks... back to the start, repeat. Even an email with the request to let me know when the cleaning products were available remained unanswered. I ended up ordering directly from the manufacturer - that did cost me a little extra for shipping but I had what I needed within two business days!
