Du kannst nur als Leiharbeiter anfangen, und leider bei dieser Firma ist das Holz viel mehr wert als ein Mensch :-( Die reden ganzen Zeit über Menschlichkeit aber das gilt hier überhaupt nicht. Ich kann mir vorstellen das die Eigentümer in Weiz wissen über das ganze nicht. Ich verstehe das es um produzieren geht aber im Gottes Willen warum dürfen einige da arbiten wenn die überhaupt nicht dafür geeignet sind und warum werden diejenigen weggeschickt die alles verstehen und gut arbeiten??? In diesen Betrieb dürfen einige alles machen und einige überhaupt nichts!!! Es hängt nur davon ab wie lang deine Zunge ist :-( Ich würde sehr gerne darüber mit einen Chef aus Weiz reden aber ich weiss ganz genau dass es nie vorkommen wird. Schade weil es könnte eigentlich eine gute Firma sein :-(
As a worker, you can't start there. You can only start as a temporary worker, and unfortunately with this company, the wood is worth a lot more than a human being :-( They talk about humanity all the time, but that doesn't apply here at all. I can imagine that the owners in Weiz know all about it I understand that it is about production but in God's will why are some people allowed to work there if they are not suitable at all and why are those who understand everything and work well sent away? !!! It only depends on how long your tongue is :-( I would very much like to talk to a boss from Weiz but I know very well that it will never happen. Too bad because it could actually be a good company :-(
