Of course you must leave the keys...I was arguing with them, but the only answer was to go park somewhere else. AND UNFORTUNATELY, my concerns came true after coming back for my car, which was parked on different spot and it was damaged. When I tried to complain I was told that the damage was already there before and the cameras have records only for last 24hours (if they have cameras, because I'm not sure about that)...AWFUL, DISGUSTING service and will never come to this place...Now I have damaged car and they didn't provide me with any mean of refunding, so I paid the parking costs and now I need to pay also repairing costs by myself.

It was very hard to find the entrance in the middle of the night. There are much better parking spaces near to the airport for the same price. The only advantage is you don't have to leave the keys on site so no strangers driving around your car.

But when me and my family wanted to go from the airport to the parking area, we had a problem with communication with a young driver. We had no idea where we have to go and the driver was speaking quietly and we couldn't understand him. When we came to the place where we should meet we saw a van and asked if he was from the "park 2 fly", but the driver and 3 other passengers started to laugh and said "no panda" few times. When we finnaly found out it was him, he began laughing at our faces. It was unprofessional and childish. I am never going to use "park 2 fly" again.
