Ambiente ruft Kindheitserinnerungen wach. Preise erstaunlich moderat, sogar im Amazon Vergleich.
Was there for the first time because the INTU shop is not open in the afternoon during the holidays. Very polite and competent saleswoman. Ambience brings back childhood memories. Prices surprisingly moderate, even compared to Amazon.

A good alternative to the other shops in the vicinity if you as a student need something quickly and urgently for university. Fair prices, very good and competent advice. The only negative point: the range could be a bit more extensive for a paper shop. Still, I recommend a visit!

The lady is aggressive and unfriendly when you enter the door but friendly in the end.

Absolutely horrible store! I was on vacation with family in Vienna and was looking for stationary and pens. We were so happy to walk in there but as we entered the store, an older woman immediately told us to not touch anything. She was the rudest person I have ever met. When we asked to purchase stamps, she immediately refused. Worst service. She should be ashamed.

Seems that the clerks friendliness depends on the customer. I had a great experience. But be advised, it is an old fashioned store, so manners dictate to enter, greet and then inquire. Sad that this kind of store is globally substituted with the American supermarket system. They have nice greeting cards (not that overpriced Hallmark stuff) and good stationary.
