T	Thomas Buß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als langjähriger und immer zufriedener Stammgast muss ich in diesem Jahr nun eine negative Bewertung abgeben. Der Service (und hier meine ich ganz speziell Montag, den 14.03.2022) war wirklich schlecht. Nicht nur dass draußen überhaupt nicht bedient wurde (das war die beiden Tage zuvor anders), sondern man auch bei Selbstabholung in der Tenne auf Servicepersonal trifft (männlich) welches scheinbar überhaupt kein Interesse daran hatte die Gäste zu bedienen und diese auch noch beleidigt als diese einen Radler bestellen wollten. Angeblich gäbe es in der Tenne keinen Radler und wenn man den haben möchte sollte man gefälligst ins SB-Restaurant gehen. Der Ton des männlichen Mitarbeiters war sehr frech und schroff. In einigen Gesprächen auf der Terrasse haben andere Gäste das auch bestätigt. Für mich persönlich hatte es den Anschein,, dass man hier seitens des Mitarbeiters die Abwesenheit der Chefin an o.g. Tag ausgenutzt hat. Dieses Erlebnis hat mich und meine Bekannten dazu veranlasst, die Panorama Tenne danach nicht mehr zu besuchen. As a long-standing and always satisfied regular guest I have to give a negative rating this year. The service (and here I mean specifically Monday 03/14/2022) was really bad. Not only was there no service at all outside (that was different the two days before), but you also met service staff (male) when you picked up yourself in the threshing floor, who apparently had no interest in serving the guests and even insulted them as they did wanted to order a cyclist. Apparently there is no cyclist in the Tenne and if you want one, you should kindly go to the self-service restaurant. The male employee's tone was very rude and brusque. In some conversations on the terrace, other guests also confirmed this. For me personally, it seemed that the employee took advantage of the boss's absence on the above day. This experience made me and my friends stop visiting the Panorama Tenne afterwards.

Obwohl nur etwa 3 Tische! besetzt waren, kam niemand mehr vorbei um zu fragen ob ich vielleicht noch etwas haben möchte. Währenddessen saßen 3! "Servicekräfte" am Tresen und dattelten auf ihrem Smartphone rum..... Deshalb: hier sieht man mich nie wieder!!! After I ordered and drank a mulled wine, the waitress seemed to have completely forgotten about me. Although only about 3 tables! were occupied, no one came by to ask if I might want something else. Meanwhile sat 3! "Service staff" at the counter and dated around on their smartphone..... Therefore: you will never see me here again!!!
