Aufgrund von Corona und auch der Distanz haben Beratung und Vermessung online stattgefunden. Das hat super geklappt. Mir wurden Videos mit verschieden Perückenmodellen zugeschickt nachdem ich Fotos von mir geschickt hatte und gesägt hatte was ich mir wünsche und vorstelle. Auch nach dem Kauf habe ich eine Video-Beratung zur Pflege, zum Waschen und Anziehen erhalten. Der Service ist also schon mal top! Und auch die Perücke. Sie passt zu 100%. Ist toll geschnitten, hat eine brilliant Farbe und ist wirklich aus guter Haarqualiät. Ich trage sie gerne, sie sitzt perfekt und ich würde schon ganz oft auf meine tolle neue Frisur angesprochen. Man sieht nicht das es eine Perücke ist. Nur Freunde, Familie und Nachbarn von mir wissen, dass es nicht mein eigenes Haar ist und sagen auch, das sie es nicht bemerkt hätten wenn sie es nicht wüssten. Also alles perfekt. Ich würde 1000 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Absolute Kaufempfehlung. Kundin mit starkem Kopfhaarverlust nach hoher und schneller Gewichtsabnahme. Eine angeblich handgeknüpfte Echthaarperücke stellt sich bei Begutachtung durch eine kompetente Fachkraft in einem auf Perücken spezialisierten Friseursalon als maschinengeknüpft heraus, wodurch der Frisurenstil unveränderlich ist. Zusätzlich war auch keinerlei Entgegenkommen seitens der Inhaberin vorhanden, eine absolut ungetragene Perücke nach einer (!) Woche umzutauschen. Weiters wurde ich beim Kauf über den Pflegeaufwand einer Echthaarperücke absolut unzureichend und falsch informiert.
