★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich ist das Kundenservice von Palmers sehr schlecht, speziell der Ablauf einer Reklamation, die Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen in der Filiale Riverside und EKZ Hietzing. Ich habe im September 2018 eine Badehose gekauft, nach ca. 20 x Tragen die Farbe verloren hat und am Hinterteil war der Stoff sehr dünn - durchsichtig. Im Übrigen sind die Hosen von Schiesser in Preis, Design und Qualität wesentlich besser.
For me, the customer service of Palmers is very bad, especially the expiration of a complaint, the unfriendliness of the employees in the branch Riverside and EKZ Hietzing. I bought a swimming trunks in September 2018, after about 20 x wear the color has lost and at the back of the fabric was very thin - transparent. Incidentally, Schiesser's trousers are much better in price, design and quality.
