★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das zweite Palmenhaus in Wien. In drei Klimazonen, tropisch, mediterran sowie subtropisch, gibt es viele Pflanzen und Tiere zu bewundern. Wenn das Wetter einmal nicht so schön ist, ein gutes Ausflugsziel. Bedingt durch die vielen freilebenden Vögel ist der tropische Teil des Palmenhauses jedoch manchmal verunreinigt bzw. kann es auch vorkommen, dass es streng riecht ;-)
The second palm house in Vienna. In three climate zones, tropical, Mediterranean and subtropical, there are many plants and animals to admire. If the weather is not so nice, a good destination. Due to the many free-living birds, however, the tropical part of the palm house is sometimes contaminated or it can also happen that it smells strongly ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palmenhaus in den Blumengärten Hirschstetten. Liegt direkt bei einem der Eingänge. Hier kann man Pflanzen und Tiere der tropischen sowie subtropischen Zone betrachten. Viele Gehege, man sieht viele Echsen, aber auch Insekten und Schlangen. Temperatur im Gebäude der tropischen Klimazone angepasst und dementsprechend hoch. Nützliche Infos über Tiere. Alle Pflanzen mit Schildern namentlich erwähnt. Lebensmittel kann man im Haus erwerben. Ein Raum ist manchmal wegen Hochzeiten oder ähnlichen Veranstaltungen gesperrt. Beim Eingang gibt es einen Büchertauschkasten. Man muss bedenken, dass man das Palmenhaus kostenlos betreten kann, dafür wird einem hier sehr viel geboten.
