Die Firma Pal hat uns trotz zahlreicher Aufträge nicht im Stich gelassen. Vielen Dank auch an den Seniorchef der Firma Pal. Kundenservice wird hier noch „großgeschrieben“ . Andrea und Riccardo (Montageteam) waren perfekt eingespielt. In kürzester Zeit waren die Rollos wieder repariert. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter der Fa. Pal. Man kann dieses Unternehmen WIRKLICH weiterempfehlen. Wir sind begeistert. An “outside blind” no longer worked or the stopper was broken. We called 5 companies. Despite numerous orders, the Pal company did not let us down. Many thanks also to the senior boss of the company Pal. Customer service is still "very important" here.
