Die Stimmung ist total nett. Extremely friendly, nice, dedicated staff. As an art legist, I also felt that I was in good hands and got a good result. The mood is really nice.

Helfen auch mit verschiedenen Techniken und sing genauso bemüht, dass es am Ende toll ausschaut wie man selbst. Lots of great model choices, very nice staff. Also help with different techniques and sing just as hard that it looks great in the end as you do.
A	Angieee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es hat mega Spaß gemacht!!! Die Kerstin (Angestellte) hat sich super um den Kleinen (3Jahre) gekümmert, dass er es auch toll fand. War also wirklich sehr kinder aber auch erwachsenenfreundlich^^ Die Preise pro Schälchen bzw Tasse sind zwar nicht so billig, aber wenn man bedenkt dass Farben, Zeit und professionelle Beratung dazu kommen ist es mehr als in Ordnung! Werde unbedingt wieder hingehen! :) It was great fun!!! Kerstin (employee) took great care of the little one (3 years) that he also thought it was great. So it was really very child-friendly, but also adult-friendly^^ The prices per bowl or cup are not that cheap, but if you consider that colors, time and professional advice come into play, it's more than okay! Will definitely go again! :)
P	P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet und auch sehr freundlich. Meine bemalte Schüssel wurde aber beschädigt beim Brennen. Das kann ja passieren, jedoch sind wir extra hingefahren, um sie abzuholen. Dabei wurde uns der Schaden gezeigt und wir konnten sie noch nicht mitnehmen. Es wurde dann nochmal gebrannt. Als ich die Schüssel das 2. Mal abholen wollte sah man den Schaden noch immer. Mir wurde angeboten, die Schüssel nochmals brennen zu lassen. Ich fand es ehrlich gesagt ziemlich ungut, zweimal extra zu dem Geschäft zu fahren, um dann informiert zu werden, dass die Schüssel beschädigt ist. Ich hätte mir erwartet, wenigstens telefonisch darüber informiert zu werden. So hätte man nicht zweimal extra zu dem Geschäft fahren müssen. Jetzt besitze ich eine beschädigte Schüssel ohne dass mir wenigstens ein Preisnachlass angeboten wurde. Grundsätzlich finde ich die Idee super und das Geschäft auch gut ausgestattet, bin jedoch schon etwas enttäuscht. Basically well equipped and also very friendly. However, my painted bowl was damaged during firing. That can happen, but we went there specially to pick them up. We were shown the damage and we couldn't take them with us yet. Then it was burned again. When I wanted to pick up the bowl the second time, you could still see the damage. I was offered to let the bowl burn again. To be honest, I felt a little uncomfortable making two extra trips to the store only to be told the bowl was damaged. I would have expected to be informed at least by phone. So you wouldn't have had to drive twice to the shop. Now I have a damaged bowl without even being offered a discount. Basically, I think the idea is great and the shop is well equipped, but I'm a bit disappointed.
