G	Gerhard Entholzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophales Kundenservice! Ich kaufte ein neues Beschriftungsgerät von Dymo, welches nicht funktionierte. Pargo nimmt ein neuen defektes Gerät NICHT zurück. Stattdessen muss ich als Kunde einen Hürdenlauf mit Dymo unternehmen, damit mir auf Kulanz das defekte Neugerät auf ein anderes abgetauscht wird. Pagro habe ich mehrmals die Chance gegeben auf meine Reklamation zu reagieren - Vergebens. Catastrophic customer service! I bought a new label maker from Dymo that didn't work. Pargo will NOT take back a new defective device. Instead, as a customer, I have to do a hurdle race with Dymo so that the defective new device can be exchanged for another one. I gave Pagro the opportunity to react to my complaint several times - in vain.
K	Kurt Lindlmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaufte für mein Geschäft vor 4 Wochen einen neuen Drucker bei Pagro bei dem heute schon der Druckkopf defekt ist. Brachte das Gerät zu Pagro und wollte bis meines repariert ist ein Leihgerät da ich sonst ja nicht mehr Arbeiten kann. Ein Leihgerät gibt es von Pagro aber nicht und ich mußte um weiterarbeiten zu können ein neues Gerät kaufen. Mein Schaden somit ca. 450 Euro. Kundenservice bei dieser gleich null. Auf meine Anfrage wenn ich vom Hersteller ein neues Gerät für den defekten Drucker erhalte ob Pagro diesen dann wieder zurück nimmt da ich ja einen zweiten gekauft habe da Pagro keine Ersatzgeräte zur Verfügung hat wurde ganz klar von der Mitarbeiterin verneint. Leider wird hier auch bei Pagro der Kunde abgezockt und ausgenommen da Kundenservice bei Pagro nicht vorhanden ist. Mein Fazit: Nie mehr bei Pagro kaufen. 4 weeks ago I bought a new printer from Pagro for my business. The print head is already defective. Brought the device to Pagro and wanted to borrow a device until mine was repaired, otherwise I would not be able to work. There is no loaner from Pagro and I had to buy a new one in order to be able to continue working. My damage is about 450 euros. Customer service with this one is zero. At my request, when I receive a new device for the defective printer from the manufacturer, whether Pagro will take it back because I bought a second one because Pagro has no replacement devices available, the employee clearly denied it. Unfortunately, the customer is also ripped off here at Pagro, except because customer service is not available at Pagro. My conclusion: never buy from Pagro again.
