War innerhalb einer Woche zwei mal da, wurde zweimal vom gleichen Personal so was von unfreundlich "bedient"...... geschickt zum selber suchen!!! Kein Grüß Gitt, kein Wiedersehn, kein irgendwas...... Komme selber vom Handel, aber das ist einfach nur schlimm! Sorry..... die sollte besser putzen gehen, wo sie alleine wo ist!! Von Freundlichkeit sehr weit entfernt!! Mich wird diese Filiale nicht mehr sehen!! I like to go to the Pagro, unfortunately this is it Staff very unfriendly! Egal wann ich dort hinein gegangen bin, freundliche und höfliche Worte gehören nicht zum Wortschatz des Personals. Auch Kundenservice ist hier absolut nicht wichtig. Anscheinend ist die Philosophie des Unternehmens nur billig, billig, billig. Ob das in der heutigen Zeit wirklich wichtig ist? Ich denke nicht. Weil am Schluss sollte der Kunde doch das Gefühl haben wertgeschätzt und wahrgenommen zu werden. Mich sieht dieses Geschäft sicherlich nie wieder. Egal wie billig die Aktion sein möge.
