★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkäuferinnen kennen sich leider nicht sehr gut aus. Ich gab leere Druckerpatronen zurück und sagte das ich genau diese Patronen wieder haben möchte. Mein Drucker benötigt die 903XL, die Verkäuferin gab mir jedoch 933XL und versicherte mir das die gleich sind und auch passen. Nun 3 Wochen später als ich sie wechseln will, bemerke ich, dass diese doch nicht passen. Nun hab ich zwei Patronen umsonst daheim und viel Geld in den Sand gesetzt.
Unfortunately, saleswomen don't know their way around very well. I returned empty printer cartridges and said that I would like to have exactly these cartridges again. My printer needs the 903XL, but the seller gave me the 933XL and assured me that they are the same and also fit. Now 3 weeks later when I want to change them, I notice that these don't fit. Now I have two free cartridges at home and a lot of money in the sand.
