F	Frederike Aiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schade, dass ich meinen Hund bei 30 Grad nicht mit ins Geschäft nehmen durfte, sondern ihn am Fahrradständer, der sich direkt an der vielbefahrenen Rheinstrasse in der prallen Sonne befindet, hätte anbinden oder im Auto lassen müssen. Leider waren auch nur Parkplätze an der prallen Sonne frei. Die PAGRO Verkäuferin zeigte sich diesbezüglich ausgesprochen unflexibel. Bei Deichmann und Fussl nebenan, die ich davor besucht hatte, war das überhaupt kein Problem, dort wurde ich sehr freundlich und mit höchstem Verständnis mit Hund willkommen geheissen. Natürlich habe ich bei PAGRO dann nichts gekauft. It's a shame that I wasn't allowed to take my dog into the shop at 30 degrees, but should have tied it to the bike stand, which is located directly on the busy Rheinstrasse in the blazing sun, or should have left it in the car. Unfortunately, only parking spaces in the blazing sun were free. The PAGRO saleswoman was extremely inflexible in this regard. At Deichmann and Fussl next door, whom I had visited before, that was not a problem at all, I was welcomed very friendly and with the greatest understanding with a dog. Of course I didn't buy anything from PAGRO.
