Die Mitarbeiterin hat mich 3 x angepflaumt ich solle mein Paket nicht hierher senden lassen sondern gefällgst nach Hause. Mein Versuch ihr zu erklären das dies nicht auf meinen Wunsch war stiess auf taube Ohren. Und überhaupt Partner des DpD und dann jammern wegen einem Paket. Normal geh ich da gerne einkaufen & auch die ganzen Schulsachen f. d Kinder aber da fahr ich lieber nach St. Johann - Freundlich - kompetent - Top würde ich auch & werde ich auch jedem empfehlen - Zell am See nie wieder Today I went to pick up a package at the Pagroshop as part of the DPD Pick up Shop The sender determined this when shipping. The employee puffed me 3 times and I shouldn't have my package sent here, but rather to my home. My attempt to explain to her that this was not my wish fell on deaf ears. And even a partner of the DpD and then complain about a package. Normally I like to go shopping there & all the school supplies f. d children but I prefer to go to St. Johann - friendly - competent - I would also recommend top & I will recommend to everyone - Zell am See never again

Hoffentlich braucht keiner Info von ihr, weil Frau Berger jedem das Gefühl geben wird wo anders einkaufen zu wollen.Schade für das gute Geschäft! Sie ist ihr Geld sicher nicht wert. Der Leiter soll ein Vorbild sein. Sie hat nicht mal versucht freundlich und im Normalton zu reden. Kundenservice - würde ich mit Minus 100 bewerten. Ich habe nur wegen ihr nicht da eingekauft und werde nie wieder da einkaufen. Helpful? I have never met such unfriendly branch managers in my life! Hopefully no one needs any information from her, because Ms. Berger will make everyone feel like they want to shop elsewhere - a shame for the good business! It is certainly not worth the money. The leader should be a role model. She didn't even try to speak in a friendly and normal tone. Customer service - I would rate minus 100. It was only because of her that I didn't shop there and will never shop there again. Helpful?

So eine freundliche und kompetente Beratung wie wir heute im Pagro Zell am See erfahren haben, ist wirklich lobenswert! Dieser Konzern kann stolz auf solche Mitarbeiter sein! We have just been to the Pagro in Zell am See. We asked the young saleswoman if she could help us with the PC cables. She was there for us immediately. Such friendly and competent advice as we received today at Pagro Zell am See is really commendable! This group can be proud of such employees!

Ehrlich schade um das schöne Geschäft, denn viele meiden es sowieso dort einzukaufen. Dämliche Lappin I was there this morning to send a package back, as unfriendly as this woman was today is a bottomless cheek. It's a real shame about the beautiful shop, because many avoid shopping there anyway. Stupid Lappin

Die Menschen kennen sich nicht aus, wenn Sie gefragt werden sind Sie total unfreundlich, schnippisch - ehrlich gesagt unverschämt. Anderswo würde man solches Personal fristlos rauswerfen. Beide. Sowas wie die beiden Damen dort habe ich noch nie erlebt. Es ist es nicht einmal Wert sich hier bei der Geschäftsführung zu beschweren. Machen Sie einen Bogen um den Laden, es gibt in Zell am See einen Libro (dort war bis zuletzt zumindest halbwegs normales Personal, es sei denn man hat das Geschäft aufgelöst), die Preise in dem Diskont sind ohnehin abnormal hoch für so ein Geschäft. Im Internet ist man besser bedient. Man muss sich das als Kunde wirklich nicht antun. -10 stars. 2 employees, the till unoccupied. People don't know their way around, when asked you are totally rude, snippy - to be honest, rude. Elsewhere, such personnel would be thrown out without notice. Both. I've never seen anything like the two women there. It's not even worth complaining to the management here. Avoid the shop, there is a Libro in Zell am See (there was at least halfway normal staff there until the end, unless the business was closed), the discount prices are abnormally high for such a business anyway. You're better served on the Internet. As a customer, you really don't have to do that to yourself.

Heute habe ich 8 Minuten bei der Kassa auf jemanden gewartet, um zu bezahlen. Nach 5 Minuten spazierte die Kassiererin, ohne ein Wort zu sagen, mal bei mir vorbei und räumte weiter irgendetwas herum. Als sie dann fertig war und zur Kassa kam, sagte sie kein Wort... keine Entschuldigung... kein Grüß Gott... nichts. Auch der Abschied viel recht karg aus. Danke in Zukunft kaufe ich meine Bastelmaterialien, Laminierfolien etc. bei Tedi nebenan. I'm a teacher... so I'm a regular customer at Pagro. So far I've always been reasonably satisfied. Today I waited 8 minutes at the cash register for someone to pay. After 5 minutes, the cashier walked past me without saying a word and continued to put things around. When she was done and came to the cash register, she didn't say a word... no apologies... no hello... nothing. The farewell was also very sparse. Thanks, in the future I will buy my handicraft materials, laminating foils, etc. from Tedi next door.

I've received nothing but kindness from the Customer Service ladies I've met over the years, always happy to help. I can't quite fathom the negative comments on here and to be perfectly frank, resorting to personal insults about the lovely staff, who can't answer back, because you're having a tantrum, is totally unnecessary. Anyhow, I'm coming back to Zell very soon and will be making my usual visit to Pagro - very much looking forward to it.
