Ich bin daher positiv überrascht und hoffe auf eine Einigung. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hatte bereits 2 Bewerbungsgespräche auf ein und dieselbe Stelle, welche nun bereits wieder ausgeschrieben ist. Beides Mal eine Standardabsage bekommen und dieses Mal nichtmal eine Einladung zu einem Gespräch, sondern direkt eine Absage mit der Begründung sie würden jemand nehmen der besser zu den Anforderungen passt. Anscheinend passen diese Bewerber, aber auch nicht so gut, da die Stelle immer wieder neu besetzt werden muss. Auch habe ich versucht der Personaldame eine E-Mail zu schreiben, warum ich denn nun abgelehnt wurde und diese Mail wurde einfach blockiert. Ich finde es mittlerweile mega enttäuschend und frustrierend, wenn man nach einem Job sucht. Edit: The lady from the HR department has contacted me and is trying to clarify the situation. I am therefore pleasantly surprised and hope for an agreement. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----------- Already had 2 interviews for the same job, which is now advertised again. Both received a standard rejection and this time not even an invitation to a conversation, but directly a rejection on the grounds that they would take someone who better suited the requirements. These applicants seem to fit, but not so well either, because the position has to be filled again and again. I also tried to email the staff lady why I was rejected and this mail was simply blocked. I now find it super disappointing and frustrating when you are looking for a job.
