In order to pick up your passport sent by the embassy, you must show your passport, are you serious? I don’t think that I’m the first to pick up a document this way. As a result, I received a passport, but I had to be nervous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Вместе со знакомой попросили консульство об ускоренном выпуске визы. Нам выдали уведомление о прохождении интервью с адресом выдачи и маленький талон. Мы обе явились в пункты выдачи, и провели добрый час, пытаясь выяснить номер отслеживания. Сотрудники давали позвонить по телефону и переводили с немецкого, однако были не в курсе подобного сценария. В конечном итоге, мы приехали на Parkring 12A и нам выдали визы там. Но эти 50 минут адского стресса я не забуду никогда.
Together with a friend they asked the consulate for an expedited visa issue. We were given a notification of an interview with the issuing address and a small ticket. We both showed up at the pick-up points, and spent a good hour trying to figure out the tracking number. The employees gave a phone call and translated from German, but were not aware of such a scenario. In the end, we arrived at Parkring 12A and we were given visas there. But I will never forget these 50 minutes of hellish stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr schlechte Kommunikation, späte Reaktionen auf Mails und am Ende gänzlicher Kontaktabbruch (Mitarbeiterin meldete sich nicht mehr trotz Ankündigung). An diesem Service sollte gearbeitet werden, denn es ist mühsam, wenn man als Kunde einem Unternehmen ständig nachlaufen muss/soll.
Unfortunately, very bad communication, late reactions to emails and, in the end, complete loss of contact (employee no longer answered despite the announcement). This service should be worked on, because it is tedious if you as a customer have to / should constantly chase after a company.
