T	Tommsn Fritzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der professionelle erste Eindruck erweckte gewisse Erwartungen, die leider vollends enttäuscht wurden! Der versprochene Plan, den wir nach 3 Wochen erhalten sollten, haben wir nach 3 MONATEN immer noch nicht. Genauso wenig wie einen Rückruf des Chefs (unser Ansprechpartner!), der nach mehrmaliger (!) telefonischer Nachfrage unsererseits von einer Mitarbeiterin getätigt wurde, die uns nach einigen Standardausreden schließlich erklärte, dass andere Kunden schon seit Dezember letzten Jahres warten und wir somit sowieso hinten angestellt würden. Im Vorgespräch auf eine lange Wartezeit hinzuweisen oder gar den Auftrag abzulehnen ist wohl zuviel Ehrlichkeit und Professionalität für ein Unternehmen , welches mit dem Slogan "Zufriedene Kunden sind glückliche Kunden" wirbt. Abgesehen von der vielen verlorenen (Planungs-)Zeit, die man mit einem willigeren Anbieter hätte nutzen können, wäre ein Rat vielleicht einfach die Budgetfrage gleich im Vorhinein zu klären - so bleibt nur das Gefühl, das man als (potentieller) Kunde (und Mensch) nicht mal einen Anruf wert ist. The professional first impression raised certain expectations, which unfortunately were completely disappointed! After 3 MONTHS we still don't have the promised plan that we should receive after 3 weeks. Just as little as a callback from the boss (our contact person!), Which was made after several (!) Telephone inquiries on our part by an employee who, after a few standard excuses, finally explained to us that other customers had been waiting since December last year and that we were in the back anyway would be employed. To point out a long waiting time in the preliminary talk or even to reject the order is probably too much honesty and professionalism for a company that advertises with the slogan "Satisfied customers are happy customers". Apart from the large amount of lost (planning) time that could have been used with a more willing provider, one piece of advice would perhaps be to clarify the budget question in advance - the only thing left is the feeling that you as a (potential) customer (and person ) is not even worth a call.
M	Markus Pölzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach sehr guter Planung und gutem Gefühl wurden wir dann schnell enttäuscht. Sehr unzuverlässig, unpünktlich, ständiges nachtelefonieren und seltener Rückruf, ungenaues arbeiten ( Türstöcke welche nebeneinander sind, fehlen um einen halben cm, Begründung, dass sie gegengesetzt aufgehen :-D ). Weiters wurde die Baustelle mit einer nicht funktionstüchtigen Tür verlassen ( wurde mit sehr viel Widerwillen repariert). Der Chef ist nicht einsichtig und wenn man ein Angebot (z.B.: Kleiderschrank) nicht in Anspruch nimmt, sollte man den Chef nicht mehr zu stark strapazieren, da er ja sehr viel Zeit investiert hätte. Einmal und NIE wieder!!!!!!! After very good planning and a good feeling, we were quickly disappointed. Very unreliable, unpunctual, constant telephone calls and rare callbacks, inaccurate work (door frames that are next to each other are missing by half a cm, reason that they open opposite to each other :-D). Furthermore, the construction site was left with a non-functional door (was repaired with a lot of reluctance). The boss is not understanding and if you do not take advantage of an offer (e.g. wardrobe), you shouldn't strain the boss too much, because he would have invested a lot of time. Once and never again!!!!!!!
