Jedes Mahl beim Einschiessen war die Sündteure Rws schachtel halb lehr. ( daraufhin fand ich im geschäft lose zum verkauf im plastiksakerl) 2.Personal katastrophal . Der Robert ist der unfreundlichste mensch den ich je kennegelernt habe! Martin ist ok 3. Habe nie prozente bekommen wie beim kettner. 4. Habe von einem gehört,er hätte ein Nachsichtgerät dort zum einschicken gebracht,und bekam es noch schlechter als es schon war zurück. (Sichtweite am abend statts 300 m nur 80 meter) Und und und. My experiences are rather bad, starting with the percentages and ending with einschießen and co. 1. Every meal when shooting in was the sin expensive Rws box half empty. (then I found lots for sale in the plastic bag in the shop) 2. Staff disastrous. Robert is the rudest person I have ever met! Martin is ok 3. I never got a percentage like with the kettner. 4. Heard of one that he had brought an aftercare device to there and got it back even worse than it was already. (Visibility in the evening only 80 meters instead of 300 m) And and and.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and are well educated on the products they stock. They have a good ordering system, where if you require something special, the delivery times are very short. Always a pleasure.
