Macht euch am besten euer eigenes Bild und Ihr werdet überrascht sein. Weiter so :-) Unfortunately I have to contradict the one review. The shop has a nice atmosphere, competent staff and I would recommend the shop to everyone. It's best to make your own picture and you'll be surprised. Keep it up :-)

S	Silke Exenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach Hammer Schuhe.Lieber nicht hingehen,wenn man wirklich keine kaufen möchte.Denn wir brauchen ja keine,aber wenn du zu Ozon kommst,die tolle Auswahl,die stilvollen,gigantischen Schuhe siehst,dann gehst mindestens mit einem Paar nach Hause.Hinzu kommt das überaus freundliche und kompetente Personal ,das dafür sorgt das du glücklich nach Hause gehst....und das nicht nur einmal im Jahr !! Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Einkauf !!! Simply awesome shoes. Better not to go if you really don't want to buy one, because we don't need one, but when you come to Ozon, see the great selection, the stylish, gigantic shoes, then go home with at least one pair the extremely friendly and competent staff, who make sure that you go home happy ... and not just once a year !! Auf die Frage, ob es den Schuh in einer anderen Größe gibt, bekam ich keine richtige Antwort und ich wurde dann von einer Kundin bedient, weil sich der Herr keine Mühe machte aufzustehen. Den Service beim Schuhkauf schätze ich immer sehr in Schuhgeschäften. Das ist der Grund, weshalb ich Online Shops meide. Aber hier habe ich mich als Kundin sehr unerwünscht gefühlt und hatte das Gefühl, mich entschuldigen zu müssen, nur weil ich den Laden betrete. Deshalb wird es für mich in diesem Schuhgeschäft keinen weiteren Schuhkauf mehr geben! Nice shoes, BUT unfortunately very, very unfriendly staff. As a customer, I was ignored, not even greeted and not served. When I was asked whether the shoe is available in a different size, I did not get a correct answer and I was served by a customer because the gentleman did not bother to get up. I always appreciate the service when buying shoes in shoe stores. That is the reason why I avoid online shops. But here I felt very undesirable as a customer and had the feeling that I had to apologize just because I entered the shop. Therefore there will be no more shoe purchases for me in this shoe store!

Ich habe meine Traumschuhe gefunden und wurde bestens beraten. Die Verkäuferin war sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich, ich bin happy und komme super gern wieder. I was on vacation and was in this shop for the first time last week. The diverse selection totally surprised me, exactly my idea of style and quality. I found my dream shoes and was well advised. The seller was very attentive and super friendly, I am happy and love to come back.
