Sobald man im großen Wald abstürzt und am Karabiner hängt, wird einem nicht mehr geholfen, man hängt unter der Plattform, wie man wieder hoch kommt - dem Guide egal. Auch am Ende, wo man über den Fluss fliegt - der Guide springt vor und geht zur nächsten Gruppe, die alte Gruppe muss selber sehen wie man rüber kommt. Nicht zu empfehlen für Kinder oder keine aktiven Kletterer, nur für erfahrene und gute! Unfriendly staff and no consideration is given to inexperienced climbers. As soon as you fall in the big forest and hang on the carabiner, you won't be helped anymore, you hang under the platform how to get back up - the guide doesn't care. Also at the end, where you fly over the river - the guide jumps forward and goes to the next group, the old group has to see for themselves how to get over. Not recommended for children or no active climbers, only for experienced and good climbers!
C	ChrisJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War eine sehr coole Erfahrung. Unser Guide Alex war sehr nett und Hilfreich. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Das schöne ist das man immer in der Natur ist, keine Häuser oder Straßen in der Nähe. Man kann sich Zeit lassen und die Aussichten genießen. Es kann auch eine sehr anspruchsvolle Route gewählt werden, die hat es aber in sich. Und die Seilrutsche über die Ötztaler Ache ist geil! Kann ich nur empfehlen. It was a very cool experience. Our guide Alex was very nice and helpful. We had a lot of fun. The nice thing is that you are always in nature, no houses or streets nearby. You can take your time and enjoy the view. You can also choose a very demanding route, but it has it all. And the zip line over the Ötztaler Ache is great! I can only recommend.

Sehr nettes Personal, hatten 2 verschiedene Guides, die beide hilfreich und freundlich waren, selbst nachdem eine Rettung mitten von einer Seilrutsche nötig war. Etwa 2-3h kann man hier einplanen, was für einen Klettergarten mit dem Ambiente echt in Ordnung ist. Lediglich für den Preis gibt es einen Stern Abzug, für das was geboten wurde war das etwas viel für meinen Geschmack. The review refers exclusively to the climbing garden! Very nice staff, had 2 different guides, both helpful and friendly, even after a rescue in the middle of a zip-line was needed. You can plan about 2-3 hours here, which is really ok for a climbing garden with the ambience. Only for the price there is a star deduction, for what was offered was a bit much for my taste.
