Загрузка на компанию из топ 100 фирм в мире. Приехал, написал на листочке: reference number, название грузополучателя, страну, почтовый индекс и город. Им понадобилось название логистики. Дал название логистики.
Все равно этого оказалось недостаточно. Позвонил мой логист, по немецки говорил то же самое что я, ничего не помогло. Три девушки не смогли помочь никак, хотя представленная информация была исчерпывающей. Спасибо парню на погрузчике, забрал мой листик и все сделал как надо. Также проверил правильность крепления груза и вообще был очень приятен.
Я не могу поставить низкий балл, потому что в итоге был быстро загружен, и то, что мне не смогли изначально помочь может быть единичной ситуацией. Исходя из предыдущих оценок, тоже ставлю 5.

I can't give a low score, because in the end it was quickly loaded, and the fact that they could not help me initially could be an isolated situation. Based on previous ratings, I also put 5.
