In the course of a hike a small highlight or nice stopover, the waiting room itself is rather unspectacular, but the view above is ok

No measures regarding Covid-19. Unfortunately the waiting room was closed. But otherwise, a beautiful view of the landscape and Dürenstein Castle. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historischer Ort. Der Ausblick ist im Sommer leider viel von Baumkronen versperrt -- insbesondere Richtung Dürnstein, aber trotzdem interessant an den Stellen, an denen man auf die Donau gucken kann...
Historic place. Unfortunately, the view is blocked a lot by tree tops in summer - especially towards Dürnstein, but still interesting at the places where you can see the Danube ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An dieser Warte kommt man vorbei, wenn man den Vogelbergsteig geht. Nicht weit entfernt befindet sich die Fesslhütte, wo man eine Rast machen kann.
You can get past this point when you walk the Vogelbergsteig. Not far away is the Fesslhütte, where you can take a break.
