Sollte ein Geschenk sein und es hat sich dann die gewünschte Farbe vis a vis im Schaufenstergefunden als ich raus bin Hab echt nett gefragt aber der Herr meinte nur "Pech gehabt, jetzt hast das halt schon gekauft" war total perplex. Ich weiß es war mein Fehler und ich hatte nicht kaufen müssen (doch weil Zeit knapp), aber Kundenservice geht anders. Empfehle Bergsport Schwanda schräg vis a vis super nett und kompetent. Dort habe ich gerne gekauft. Antwort auf eure Reaktion: Ich habe angerufen und gefragt ob ihr Flaschen von dem Hersteller da habt da ich extra vorbei kommen würde, ihr meintet ja. Als ich kam hattet ihr genau EINE EINZIGE da. Keine Vorbestellung oder Reservierung. Fachkundige Beratung? Ich habe mich eigenständig durch ein Regal mit Flaschen anderer Hersteller gewühlt um einen adäquaten Ersatz zu finden. Und ja ich bat ( habe höflich gefragt) zwei Minuten nach dem Erwerb darum diesen zurück zu nehmen und nicht in einen Gutschein umzuwandeln. Es ist halt schlicht weg unterirdischer Kundenservice gewesen und es hätte euch nichts gekostet, ausser etwaig einen Kunden zu gewinnen. Shop does not return a product that was bought two minutes ago and is not used. Should be a gift and then the desired color was found vis a vis in the shop window when I'm out. I asked really nice but the gentleman just said "bad luck, now you've just bought it" was totally perplexed. I know it was my mistake and I didn't have to buy it (because of time), but customer service is different. Recommend mountain sports Schwanda diagonally vis a vis super nice and competent. I liked to buy there. Answer to your reaction: I called and asked if you had bottles from the manufacturer because I would come by, you said yes. When I came you had exactly ONE. No advance booking or reservation. Expert advice? I independently rummaged through a shelf with bottles from other manufacturers to find an adequate replacement. And yes I asked (politely asked) two minutes after the purchase to take it back and not to convert it into a voucher. It was simply underground customer service and it would have cost you nothing except to win a customer.

Für unregelmässige Besuche vielleicht geeignet wenn nicht viel los ist, sonst praktisch unmöglich wirklich Spaß zu haben wegen erheblichem Platzmangel (klar wegen dem alten, denkmalgeschützten Gebäude). Routen werden nur alljährlich (wenn überhaupt) gewechselt (Boulder+Toprope), was ein intensives Training hier gar nicht möglich macht. Seit kurzem weht frischer Wind in der Halle wegen einer Neueinstellung, jedoch ist das Ausmaß der Möglichkeiten hier auch nur begrenzt. Regelmässiges Routenwechseln wäre schon mal ein guter Anfang. Für Anfänger ganz ok, aber damit hat es sich auch erledigt. Unfortunately, it drags behind its reputation. Perhaps suitable for irregular visits when there is not much going on, otherwise practically impossible to really have fun due to the considerable lack of space (of course because of the old, listed building). Routes are only changed every year (if at all) (boulder + top rope), which makes intensive training impossible here. A fresh wind has recently been blowing in the hall due to a new hiring, but the scope of the possibilities here is only limited. Regularly changing routes would be a good start. Okay for beginners, but that's it.
S	Simon Schindler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also, ich weiss nicht in welcher Halle mein Vor-Poster war, aber von den Kletterhallen, die ich in der Stadt kenne und gesehen habe, ist die vom ÖTK die sauberste und schönste. Die Garderoben sind sauber und gut gepflegt und das Material ist gut in Schuss. Am besten ist die Wand im Innenhof und sowas im ersten Bezirk! Well, I don't know which hall my pre-poster was in, but of the climbing halls that I know and have seen in the city, the one from ÖTK is the cleanest and most beautiful. The cloakrooms are clean and well maintained and the material is in good condition. The best thing is the wall in the courtyard and something in the first district!

M	Mohamed Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my first ever climbing gym to enter more than 2 years ago, the stuff were really nice, the price was the best, the location is awesome to be in the city centre, which i didn't see it in any other city. I am missing that place definitely.
J	Jason Franks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For American climbers specifically: Though the prices are attractive this is a very undeveloped climbing gym. Most of the bouldering routes are unlabeled, and those that do have labels are nonsensical with no way to determine difficulty. The bouldering walls are also very short, maybe 12 ft. The top roping routes look fun, and are well labeled for difficulty, but they use a double-karabiner tie-in system. The ropes have this weird sleeve over the end so it is impossible to tie-in with the figure 8 knot. The top rope areas are also very crowded, so although there are a lot of routes not many people can climb. They also give group classes which hog all the places. Overall, not worth the time.
